Starting in the world of animation, GKIDS and Shout! Studios have the epic Chinese fantasy sequel The Legend of Hei II hitting Blu-Ray with English and Mandarin audio tracks. Shout! is also bringing Snowpiercer: The Complete Series to Blu-Ray with all four seasons of the dystopian drama. The series features the likes of Jennifer Connelly, Daveed Diggs, Sean Bean and more.

Ignite Films returns with another special 4K UHD Blu-Ray upgrade with the film noir The Big Combo from director Joseph H. Lewis. The new restoration of the 35mm Fine Grain is presented in HDR10 and comes in optional SteelBook packaging. Special features include the bonus feature film The Crooked Way, along with two commentary tracks, interviews, and more. Eureka Entertainment has the impressive 7-film box set Adventure Calls! Karl May at CCC on Blu-Ray from new 4K restorations in the original German. The set of German westerns and adventure tales is replete with commentary tracks, interviews, and more.

Arrow Video has an amazing slate this month, beginning with the Japanese time travel action film G.I. Samurai starring Sonny Chiba on Blu-Ray from a 4K restoration with the original Japanese and international versions of the film. The release also includes a commentary track, interviews, and more. They also have the 4K UHD Blu-Ray debut of the '80s action outing Blue Thunder from director John Badham starring Roy Scheider. The release comes from a 4K restoration of the 35mm Original Camera Negative presented in Dolby Vision with two audio options. The special features include a commentary track, featurettes, interviews, and more. As a bonus, Sony is releasing Blue Thunder: The Complete Series on Blu-Ray featuring all 11 episodes of the small screen outing.

Fans of raunchy sex comedies can look exclusively at MVD Entertainment for the Blu-Ray release of Meatballs 4 starring Corey Feldman. The release comes with a new 55-minute interview with director Bob Logan. If you want something a bit classier, the Nancy Meyers comedy Something's Gotta Give starring Diane Keaton and Jack Nicholson gets a long-requested Blu-Ray release from Sony. The release has two commentary tracks, deleted scenes, and more.

The heroes at The Criterion Collection continue to deliver quality work with a pair of exciting releases. This year's Best International Feature winner Sentimental Value from director Joachim Trier, arrives on 4K UHD Blu-Ray with an SDR master. The release is bursting with supplements, including interviews with actors Renate Reinsve, Stellan Skarsgård, Inga Ibsdotter Lilleaas, and Elle Fanning. They also have the 4K UHD Blu-Ray debut of Lenny from director Bob Fosse. The Oscar-nominated drama finds Dustin Hoffman portraying legendary comedian Lenny Bruce. The film has been restored in 4K from the Original Camera Negative in Dolby Vision, and it comes with a commentary track and interviews.

This week, in the world of new theatrical films, we have the morally twisted drama Dreams on Blu-Ray starring Jessica Chastain and newcomer Isaac Hernández from Greenwich Entertainment and Kino Lorber. The film follows the secret affair between a wealthy socialite and a Mexican ballet dancer and undocumented immigrant. If real-life dread is more your thing, Universal has the insightful documentary The AI Doc: Or How I Became an Apocaloptimist on Blu-Ray fresh from Sundance.

It is a huge month for Vinegar Syndrome releases as we dive into an array of Blu-Ray releases. First up, we head to Italy with Eurocrime Rarities: Volume 1 featuring The Day of the Cobra, Dirty Gang, and The Iron Commissioner. These three films have been scanned in 2K from the Original Camera Negatives, and each film has been given a commentary track and interviews. Jumping over to France, we have Ténèbres Françaises featuring The Cousins, Who?, The Secret, and Golden Night. These films have been remastered by Vinegar Syndrome from masters supplied by StudioCanal. There is an array of interviews included. Cinematographe has the Blu-Ray debut of Liebestraum from director Mike Figgis, newly restored in 2K from the uncensored Original Camera Negative. The release comes with two commentary tracks, interviews, video essays, and more.

The fine folks at OCN Distribution have an exciting slate of Partner Label titles on Blu-Ray this month that offer a little something for everyone. 1-2 Special is the latest partner label to join the party with the Blu-Ray release of the absolutely wild Dracula from director Radu Jude. This skewering of AI filmmaking comes with an introduction and interview with the filmmaker. Memory has the cringe Sundance comedy film Serious People, complete with a short film, a Q&A, and some deleted scenes. Magnolia Pictures brings the long-requested Olivier Assayas thriller Boarding Gate starring Asia Argento and Michael Madsen to Blu-Ray with interviews and a behind-the-scenes featurette.

The mainline of Film Movement brings Paying For It to Blu-Ray, which tells the real-life story of cartoonist Chester Brown's decision to give up romantic love in favor of employing sex workers. The release comes with a commentary track, interviews, and more. They also have the French body horror thriller Animale on the format with a video essay and VFX reels. KimStim brings the hybrid live-action and stop-motion psychological oddyssey Faust to Blu-Ray restored with a commentary track. IFC Films brings the horror comedy I Sell The Dead to Blu-Ray with a wave of supplements including four commentary tracks, interviews, and an hour-long documentary.

Documentary fans have some good options this month, such as the slice-of-life Motel Drive from Dekanalog, which takes a look at one of the most crime and drug-addled areas of the country. Wrestling fans will want to check out Sabu from ETR Media, which takes a look at the life of the legendary performer with insights from some of his contemporaries. The label also has the latest installment of their Slopes Game Room releases, as we dig into Arcade Classics - The Complete History Vol. 1 with hours of bonus features.
