Urgent Help Needed!

i had two employers who used adp in 2024 and i’m trying to access my old account to view my W2’s, but because i had worked a job this year that i guess still has an account for me, it won’t let me access them. they send me to the portal for terminated employees but then say that it’s for terminated employees only 🤦‍♀️

i reached out to my boss from this year and asked to be removed from the adp account but i’m honestly not sure what else to do. their customer service is actual ass and i’m tired of speaking to robots that don’t even offer options to discuss the situation! i tried reaching out to both employers but they either don’t have them or won’t respond!

please help, this is extremely time urgent 😞

ADP CULTURE

Hey there! Anyone out there work in the SBS business unit at ADP? How's the vibe there? I'm supposed to start on September 21st but I'm still kind of weighing my options because I'm on a hybrid schedule right now and honestly that's way better than the 3x2 setup ADP is offering.

Tell me the good bad and ugly about your payroll & hr transition to ADP.

Im looking for advice and your experience. We do a pretty complex weekly payroll, with prevailing wage, multi state employees and Im genuinely interested in knowing if your experience is similar. I feel like I’m seeing red flags, and the ‘over promise under deliver’ that is notorious among software providers. This is making me very nervous. If I hear “trust the process” when I have no idea what the process is, Im going scream. I look forward to your replies.

I am asking because our accounting person told us that ADP had some issue where we were all paid Twice this past payroll, and they wound up taking back one of the payments.. but nothing showed multiple payments in my ADP app, and we heard nothing about this.. I want to know if it was true or not.

Associate District Manager ADP

Hello,

I’m currently interviewing for an ADP sales role and will be going through the in-office portion of the interview process soon. I’d love to hear from current or former ADP employees about your experience!

I’m especially curious about:
What to wear: Is the in-office interview/business day very formal? Would a full suit be expected, or is business professional appropriate?
Interview process: What should I expect during the in-office portion, and what types of questions should I be prepared for?
Ride-along/field experience: If there is a ride-along or time spent shadowing someone in the field, what is that experience typically like? What should I expect to do or be prepared for?
Role-play: What does the sales role-play typically involve? Is it usually done during the office visit, and does anyone know if it tends to happen toward the end of the day?

my manager has no clue, direct deposit help

ok so this is how my direct deposit is set up, i get 70% and 30% split every paycheck, a few days ago, i added a 3rd account, for a FIXED AMOUNT deposit of $25, with the other two accounts STILL SET TO THIS 70% and 30%. now i realized i should of set one of the accounts as a “remaining balance” rather than a set %. now am i at risk of my whole payck being paper? i am scared i wont get my direct deposit to those accounts tonight like i usually do. has anyone else had a similar experience? i removed the fixed amount today which is why you dont see it, but it was set when payroll was processed, i am scared since total allocations will basically be above 100%, will it cause an error in payroll?? if i at least get my direct deposit to one of my accounts the remainder is a paper check i will be okay, i just dont want to wait until friday for a papercheck and taking time off work to go cash it…

Why is API access restricted to employers only?

I’m developing a small app to provide insights to my finances and I just found out that I can’t access my own ADP payments information unless my employer pays for API access and allows me to.
I know this might be a niche case but please, consider changing this. Even if my employer pays for the API, it would mean that the second I leave the organization I can no longer access my old financial data though the API. Also, I just want to see MY data without the risk of over-provisioning access to the rest of the company‘s information.

Unable to confirm routing and bank account numbers on ADP direct deposit self service

I was finally able to set up my ADP account over a week after starting my job, the service is by far the jankiest and buggiest HR service I've ever experienced lol, but finally I thought I would be able to set up my direct deposit. But no matter what I try to do, the confirm number boxes remain greyed out and will not allow me to type anything in them. I've tried mobile and desktop versions of the site, copy pasting and typing in manually, hitting enter after I'm done, and I'm still unable to get the boxes to unlock and allow me to type into them. Any help/insight would be greatly appreciated.

Looking for a few people who deal with payroll import files

Hey everyone — I’m building a small tool called Payroll File Doctor, and I’m looking for a few people who regularly work with payroll import files to try it once it’s ready.

The basic idea is pretty simple: you upload a payroll file before importing it, and the tool checks it for formatting or data problems that could cause the import to fail or create a bunch of cleanup work.

I’m starting with ADP RUN import files and plan to expand from there.

This is still early, so right now I’m mainly trying to find people who actually deal with these files in the real world and would be willing to test it and tell me what works, what doesn’t, and what would actually make it useful.

If that sounds like something you’d be interested in, leave a comment or DM me and I’ll add you to the early access list.

No sales pitch or commitment — I’m just looking for some real-world testers.

Final Interview at ADP for HRO division - any tips/advice?

Hi all,

I have my final interview for an inbound sales position within the HRO division this upcoming Thursday. I had already met the VPs of HRO so this final interview will be with the sales executives/leaders of each of the areas within the division. I've been told this interview is more behavioral and assessing if I am a cultural fit. I've hit it off thus far in the phone screening and the first in person interview which was understanding my qualifications (background, experience, skills) and I don't want to ruin that momentum. Especially since the VPs really liked me and were impressed by my resume.

I could not find much about the HRO division through Glassdoor, indeed, etc. Most of my understanding is based on what I've been told throughout the interview process as well as through the few bits and pieces I've found on the internet. I have friends who work/ed at ADP they work for the SBS division or as implementation specialists which is very common for recent grads to start out.

Had anyone interviewed for a position in HRO recently and knows what questions could be asked at the final stage? I am looking to get out of a toxic job and a long commute to said job so getting the job at ADP would mean a whole lot even if it's not a forever job. TIA.
