I was paid with ADP in 2024 and need a copy of that W2. Do you guys think I could get it through ADP even if I'm not being paid through them currently?

I had an ADP rep call us last week informing us that we need to have workplace violence training plus certification completed for our staff as part of OSHA requirements. As an employer, I can't find anywhere where that is substantiated and sounds more like a monthly upsell.

We have a thorough handbook written by our lawyers that covers this subject and is discussed during orientation with all of our employees during onboarding.

Does anyone have more context on this? Am I missing something?

Anyone knows how to reach Apple support about this. Bradstreet hasn’t even bothered to reply to my support ticket I posted with them.

I recently quit my job, the owner is a POS, he kicked me out of the ADP system which resulted me not able to access my time card. And after contacting him, he said I did not work during these period. Can employer delete my hours worked? If I take him to the court later, will ADP release my original time card if requested by local authorities or court? Thank you.

I recently deleted an emergency contact because they’re not longer my emergency contact and I was wondering if ADP shows or flags someone they just hired if they were once a part of my emergency contact ?

My employer wants me to set up a "clock in station" using a dell computer. when employees log in to the website on this computer, it just refreshes back to the log in page. Enter user, enter password, click go, it refreshes to log in. if one field is wrong, it will tell you. and one time it had a guy verify his ID via app number, but then it just refreshed to log in page.

I've cleared cookies, cache, reset the damn computer, everything. I've tried different urls, but this is the right one. I can't get it to work.

The same URL works fine on the apple computer on the other side of the room. and no, for some reason, we can't just have that be where people log in.

Is there some glitch or work around? I tried calling ADP customer service and the line said that employees can't speak to a human.

I am the most tech savvy employee, but I'm not an IT person. I literally have no idea why this is happening and can only guess it's an issue with the computer itself?

I'm tired of this issue being my responsibility and I sincerely need help, thank you all in advance.

Hi everyone. Im in implementation with adp wfn. It has been a shit show but thats besides the point. We are leaving a certified peo which means we should get successor employer treatment so social security and futa doesnt start all over. Today, they inform me adp wfn doesn't have the ability to do that. Does anyone know of that is true? Why woukd they sell me a platform that can't handle what I have been talking about for months!! I literally want to cry. Ridiculous!

We were supposed to get paid June 19th which is a holiday but adp pay stub said pay date is June 18.

Our checks are mailed to the store supposedly but owner decided to close the store june 9th due to “electrical issue”. So we only got paid 1 week worth.

June 19th, i asked if I can pick up the check, owner said that they will “zelle” me my pay. I said sure I need it anyways to buy medicine for my daughter. She texted back said back is closed due to holiday, will try to zelle me either tomorrow or later that day.

No zelle from them, then posted on our work channel that checks have “rerouted” to the other store on Tuesday.

I waited Tuesday asked if i can pick up check, then replies “adp mailed to you guys addresses”

I waited till Saturday June 27, no mail came, they said they will zelle again that night. No zelle came

Waited monday asked about the checks no response the whole day.

Today I called no answer, but responded thru text stating that the checks “was delivered at the store” but they said to us directly so they “rerouted” to our addresses, now telling me they will zelle on friday coz of the funds they will get from a product they selling to another store.

Stating funds are on hold on adp pay roll??
They said someone accepted the checks even tho store is closed??? And if they cancel it will take longer than friday?

All social media channels are deleted and one comment on yelp saying they rebranding and relocating due to a/c issues which i know is a lie the unit is brand new built.

What am i supposed to do? Just wait till friday from zelle??

Online it says ADP will be closed Friday. I don’t know how it works but if they’re closed Friday wouldn’t that mean payroll has to be submitted today at the latest so funds are dispersed by tomorrow ? Someone correct me if I’m wrong

My supervisor told me I will get mailed a check instead of it coming to the office - if payday is Friday , then when should I expect to see my check?

I changed my bank and got it sent to the correct bank; payroll accepted it but 3am the day I was set to get paid I got a text saying I updated my direct deposit again ( I was asleep at 3 am ) some how my deleted daily pay account was there instead of my updated banking info, I deleted daily pay a year ago; tried to login and the account said cancelled and they had sent my paycheck to my old bank account. My question is how did it randomly change to daily pay when I didn’t authorize that & don’t even have daily pay. HR can’t tell me shit. I’m getting pissed and daily pay was not helpful.

I need help with onboarding it’s a nightmare and HR is doing the bare minimum to help me . I’m typing in the correct SS# but it keeps saying can’t valiadate so I can’t complete 1-9 form.

I have received an offer from ADP and have already resigned from my current organization. I am currently serving my 90-day notice period, and ADP has asked me to accept the offer as soon as possible.

However, I am still planning to attend a few interviews to explore opportunities with better compensation.

If I accept the ADP offer now and later receive a better offer, would ADP be willing to revise my CTC? Also, if I accept the ADP offer but eventually decide to join another organization, are there any major consequences or implications I should be aware of?

Hey guys, tomorrow I have my final interview for this role and I’m super nervous! I applied less than a week ago and the process has been super fast. They got back to me about 2 hours after I applied and I did the video interview, assessment, and now I’m onto the final interview. This is my first corporate role interview and I don’t really know what to expect. I came from working in retail and banking for 7 years as well as a degree in computer science.
