Drug testing for sales role in CO

I’m interviewing for a sales role at ADP and was told they drug test. I use THC almost daily for sleep. Do they still drug test for THC, or just other drugs?

Getting workforce analytics out of ADP is like a full time job!

Seriously asking because I'm losing my mind here. We pay for the analytics module but extracting any meaningful HR data insights feels like decoding ancient text. The interface is clunky, the reports take forever to generate, and half the time the numbers don't even match what I see in the actual system. I end up spending hours manually pulling data and rebuilding dashboards in Excel just to get something my leadership can actually understand. The AI analytics features they advertise don't work the way they claim.

Am i missing something obvious or is this just how everyone experiences it?

Does ADP drug test their entry level outside sales candidates after offering them a job. Specifically THC?

And also specifically Indiana.

Confused

Hello! I am new to adp as it's with my new job. I am trying to figure out what VFY means on the pay group. Does that mean my direct deposit has been verified, or will I be getting another paper check for my second paycheck this Friday?

ADP won’t take me on as a client

Recently I took over my families business, a deli. I have been apart of it for the last 15 years but have been the GM for the past five. Q1 2026 we changed to SCORP status for tax purposes and also I became the CEO. I was running payroll Manually and through bookkeepers for the last 5 years as the company has now grown to 15 employees.
I tried to use ADP payroll for my business starting Q1 2026, with the process starting end of 2025. According to ADP all our scorp filing weren’t complete and bank accounts weren’t converted fully so they didn’t want to touch anything until everything was complete.
I finally got everything in order, paid all payroll taxes to both the state of CA and the IRS to get us rolling for Q2.
ADP came back and told me my filings with the state and IRS do not match and that we had to rerun our numbers, which I and the accountants did. So I resent documents to ADP and found a discrepancy in terminology we used and our calculation process vs ADP when it came to calculating tips. Our numbers were off by less then $100 by ADPs calculations. IMO that’s pretty nominal seeing the IRS usually gives you some leeway, before doing an audit.
In the end I got an email saying that if we don’t correct errors they can’t move forward with us as a client, so on this case I just responded by telling them I no longer want your services since you guys are being so strict and I’m still doing payroll myself with our bookkeeper.
Has anyone experienced this much push back from ADP, or
another payroll company for that matter, for trying to be a client?

Employment

A former employer of mine said:

“ We are still waiting to hear back from ADP.  There is no record on your profile in ADP of the cheque being written, so until we hear back from them there is nothing we can do.”

This is regarding a cheque that’s issued to me but it’s just an old cheque that I forgot to deposit. How long does it take for ADP to respond cause I’m in desperate need for that money.

Is Teampay.adp.com a legit link?

I got an email about registration for Teampay with a registration code and it told me to go to that link. I did start a job recently so this is lining up but im still not 100% sure. It was also emailed to me by automated_mailer_system@adp.com.

question

I changed my direct deposit in ADP about a week ago and already got the confirmation notification back then. But last night around 1am I got another notification about direct deposit changes even though I didn’t make any new changes. Has this happened to anyone else? Could it just be related to my dailypay acc?(enrolled on daily pay 6 days ago)

Background check

I got a civil uniform traffic violation in a different state four years ago for possession of marijuana (Violation for 21-81(d)(6)). Which was a $100 ticket. Will this show on my background check? I answered no to this question “Have you even been convicted of or plead no contest to a felony or misdemeanor (other than a minor traffic violation) in the past seven years?” Am I screwed? I need a peace of mind.

Self Employed 401k - Fidelity Question

I am planning to open a self employed 401k through fidelity. I am self employed and have an LLC taxed as an S-corp and I am the only employee. I have a biz account with BOA and a personal account with BOA as well. I run my payroll through ADP. I pay myself a salary through that W-2 and I actually withhold almost all of the payroll instead of making estimated payments (its cleaner and easier for me).

I am a bit confused on the mechanics of making employee and employer contributions to the 401k? I thought that the employee contribution needs to be a part of payroll? If so how do I set this up through ADP? I see I can set up a "misc" deduction. If I wanted to do $1,000/payroll for employee 401k contribution can I just set this to $1,000 misc deduction and then move it to personal account and from there move to fidelity?

Wisely sucks

Tried to pull out 40 dollars on a Allpoint (supported and in network) ATM and it straight up stole my 40 dollars and I literally can't get ahold of dispute support (been on hold/not been able to contact at all for over 4 hours) I have no idea what to do and am now basically screwed and unable to pay bills due by Sunday of this week!

I did something dumb

I was signing up for a credit builder card and somehow connected it to my ADP and it changed my DD INFO. I immediately realized and changed it back to my old bank that I’ve been using for over a year. My next payday is next Friday, will it come to the old account or does it need to verify the account again? When I entered the info of the previously used account ADP told me it was verified
