A deaf angel.

Haven’t finished the whole series yet, but I’m watching A Quiet Place: Day One right now and when [Some guy who I won’t say the name of for spoilers] gets attacked by one of them beasts, it roars rather loudly. Wouldn’t that in itself attract more death angels? Or do they recognize what sounds they make and are smart enough not to investigate? Do they stay away from an attack because they know that if there is prey, another one has gotten to them first, therefore being a waste of energy? Do they stay away because they more focused on their current hunting ground? Is it a “Hey gang! Let’s split up!” tactic? I’m really curious so if anyone has any thoughts or ideas, please let me know. Sorry if this has been posted before. I'm genuinely wondering how the cat keeps getting back to its owner and also why it kept running away (albeit the obvious reasons of its scared and big predators are near it)

Also, why tf was the cat munching on the baby monster eggs and also how tf did it find that and also how tf did it not die😭 like genuinely the plot armor on this cat is insane.

All queries aside, cat is good baby and I'm happy it survives (spoiled the movie for myself the second I saw there was a cat involved)

...my guess is that this is about mankind trying to take back the mainland after years of careful planning. I said years because, keep in mind, these child actors have grown a lot since the first film, so a time skip is kind of necessary at this point. I can imagine that they're going to take refuge to an island with civilization largely intact (since these monsters can't swim at all) before finally starting a war against these monsters.

What do you guys think? Also, if they really DO end up staying in an island for several years to prepare, where do you think they might go to and why?
