Former Pakistani minister arrested over alleged child rape in 1990s Manchester. How do we get him back in the UK & conduct a proper trial?
He was arrested 2 years ago, released on bail, fled to Pakistan.
Claimed he was too ill to travel back to the UK to report to police as per his bail , photos and videos showed him campaigning for the AJK election instead as a PML-N candidate.
This is setting up an interesting situation. He has about 6 weeks left before the UK starts demanding the criminal extradition of a sitting AJK Assembly MP, a historic first.
