I am a fresher who just got shadow hardlocked to a 24/7 support project with 5 days office , rotating shifts , weekend work etc, there is no chance of any skill growth here...I am thinking of sending a roll off request to my team lead with his manager, my workday manager, pmo , my workday hr in cc mentioning major skill mismatch ...can I get fired for this ? Anyone please explain what can happen in worst case
