Any thoughts on metrics, I have high audit scores but cringe if I get a 100/95 as I feel like my work deserves a 100. I will never meet the talk time metric with my field time. Anyone else feel like if its not 100/100 you are losing.

I recently got an interview for CVS/Aetna and it’s for a claims position dealing with Medicare claims. I noticed that there is another position listed (claims benefits specialist) and it required way more training (about 21 weeks) than the CBS position I am interviewing for (8 weeks). Any idea what’s the difference? I know claims are a little tedious to work with so I’m a little bit confused on short amount of training they are providing for this specific position.
Long story short I’ll need 2-3 days more PTO than I currently have in October. Does anyone know what happens if you take time off/call out without PTO? I don’t mind it being unpaid, but am I going to get fired?
IBQA’s are you guys on the phones during your whole shift? Since the interview Ive been told its 4 hours on the phone and 4 hours off and if you work availity it’s no phones but now they’re saying take calls the whole 8 hours?
