What have you been cooking lately?

I've been usinh my fritaire for a while now and still find myself trying different recipes with it. I've also tried few recipes from their cookbook and they've been pretty fun to make. Curious what everyone has been making? any underrated meals you'd recommend trying?

Looking for a good Air Fryer in Karachi

AssalamuAlaikum everyone!
I’m looking to buy a good Air fryer and would really appreciate recommendations from people who have personally used one for a while.

I have a 9 month-old baby and I’m planning to use the Air fryer quite a lot for making homemade finger foods for him— things like potato/vegetable patties, chicken bites, mini foods to especially reduce the amount of oil used in his food.

My budget is around PKR 20,000–25,000
Should be a good-quality and reliable brand with good temperature/time control.

I’ve seen quite a few brands and models online, but I’m honestly confused about which ones are actually worth the money.

Please recommend a specific model if possible, rather than just the brand. If you’ve owned one for 6+ months, I’d especially love to hear about your experience— how well it cooks, whether the non-stick coating has held up, how easy it is to clean, and whether you’ve had any issues.

Also, if there are any models/brands within this budget that you would NOT recommend, please mention those too!

Thank you!

Is it worth buying a used air fryer?

I’ve been thinking about getting an air fryer, but I’m not sure if buying one used is actually worth it.
I found a second-hand one locally for around €35. It looks pretty clean and the seller says it was only used for a few months.
I’ve never owned one before, so I’m wondering if there’s anything specific I should check before buying a used air fryer.
Would you personally buy one second-hand, or is it better to just spend a bit more and get a new one?

Air Fryer Damaged in Transit

I shipped my air fryer during a move and unfortunately it got damaged in transit. The plastic housing on the back/bottom cracked, the casing separated slightly in one area, and I noticed a small dent in the metal interior. Everything else looks intact. Plugged it in and no hot air is coming out of the cracked area. Would you consider this safe to use, or is it better to replace it? I’ll attach photos of the damage. The air fryer model is the Chefman Crispinator. Thanks!

Thinking about getting an air fryer for school lunches

With three of my kiddos in school this year making lunches at home has become one of the easiest ways for us to save some money. Thankfully none of them are picky eaters, so they'll pretty much eat whatever I make but the one complaint I keep hearing is that reheated food gets soggy. That's what has me thinking about getting an air fryer. The whole idea would be to make things like chicken, potatoes, veggies and leftovers a little crispy again instead of having that microwave texture they don't like. It would also be nice if I could use it for meal prep and quick dinners on busy school nights. My only hesitation is whether it's that different from using a microwave. I don't want another appliance taking up counter space if I'm going to get the same result.

Receiving free air fryer. Storage tips for a year or two?

Parents just upgraded this Breville convection air fryer to an XL model. They are giving me the one in the photos. Only been used for a year. However I won’t be moving out for a year or two yet.

What are the best options for storage?

Moulinex airfryer experiences

Any experiences with this particular airfryer? Sounds almost too good to be true; airfryer and steam and grill?!

Does it do a good job in airfrying? What about steaming? Is there coming a lot of steam out of the airfryer when steaming? Can you steam and airfry at the same time? Pro’s and cons?

Thanks so much for helping me out!

Can someone help me figure out thus brand? I was gifted it about ten years ago and though its still going strong, I'd like a back-up. It from Walmart but I don't know what brand to look for.
