For those who have been through the pain of Divorce and decided never to put themselves in such Financial peril again, the UK government decides that cohabitation is to be treated similarly to marriage. So you invite your girl/boy friend to move in and after 3 years, they acquire marriage like rights. Your only option to protect your assets is opt out and spend money on divorce lawyers to sign-off on your agreement.

Been building something for turnover cleaning coordination over the last few months, mainly because my own cleaner would send me 2 blurry photos after a clean and I still had no idea if the place was actually ready 😭
Basically, the cleaner gets a checklist, uploads photos as they go, and you get notified when it’s done.
Not charging for it right now. I’m genuinely just trying to work out if it’s useful or if I built something for a problem only I had 😂
