I love liveries, for sure.

I have designed more than 80+ liveries across my network except one (a 787-8 China Southern). I am not selling them by the way. Here are snapshots of the liveries I have designed. I have some that are purely fictional like the A338s (but they flew A332s), but most are very accurate and real-to-life.

NOTE: Transaero, Air New Zealand, and EgyptAir are not in the updated snapshot.

747-400 (6): Lufthansa, Philippine Airlines, British Airways oneworld, ANA (Star Alliance), Northwest, Qantas
747-8I (3): Lufthansa, Air China, Korean Air
747F (3): UPS, Cargolux, Cathay Pacific Cargo
777-300ER (18): Emirates, EVA Air, Ethiopian Airlines, JAL, China Eastern, China Airlines, British Airways, Air France, Air India (Star Alliance), SWISS, United Airlines, Philippine Airlines, Thai Airways, Korean Air (new livery), China Southern, EgyptAir, Air New Zealand (All Blacks), Transaero
777F (3): DHL, FedEx, ANA Cargo
777-9 (3): Emirates, Lufthansa, Philippine Airlines
787-8 (9): China Southern (Wings of Dreams, not my design), Qantas, Air France, Thai Airways, Air Tanzania, British Airways, JAL, LATAM, ANA
787-9 (6): Norwegian, Saudia, Gulf Air, Air New Zealand, United Airlines, LOT Polish Airlines
787-10 (3): JAL, EVA Air, Philippine Airlines (oneworld)
A321neo-LR (3): Icelandair, Cebu Pacific, Norwegian
A330-800 (3): Korean Air, TAP Air Portugal, Iberia
A330-900 (6): Virgin Atlantic, Cebu Pacific, Delta Air Lines, STARLUX, Air Mauritius, Thai Airways
A350-900 (3): Qatar Airways, Malaysia Airlines, EgyptAir

A350-1000 (9): Air India, Ethiopian Airlines, United (Star Alliance), Finnair, Cathay Pacific, Philippine Airlines, Delta Air Lines, British Airways, Virgin Atlantic

Free Web-based Multiplayer Airline Sim

This is a next‑generation airline management simulation built around a living, dynamic passenger ecosystem.

I’ve created a free to join airline sim that aims to recreate the current world but at level that allows you to rewrite the current hub and spoke model… if your human competitors will allow.

The goal of this game is to be realistic but to make it difficult for entrenched players to easily dominate and steamroll the competition.

How does this game do that and what makes this game different from all the other airline sims?

Realistic Passenger Demand:

The demand and passenger model was created to be realistic and uses real-world passenger location, travel trends and economic data, not real-world passenger flight numbers. You have the ability to create a new hub-and-spoke system based on the real world, not recreate the same hub-and-spoke system that is currently in place in the real world.

Demand is modeled at a granular passenger level, which means you compete for passengers by location and they are not captive to specific airports. Passenger choice and selection is dynamic, and depending on the type of traveler (business, pleasure, VFR) they have a preference and the ability to compare connecting flights to direct flights to get to their destinations.

Dynamic world

Much like the real world, the airline industry and broader economy are always in a state of flux, and you should be poised to react to numerous economic challenges that may threaten even the most entrenched airlines. Be prepared to withstand pandemics, production delays, wars, fuel spikes, economic downturns, and a few pleasant surprises much like airlines in the real world have to overcome.

Decent Pace:

One Day = One month in game time

Free to play:

The game is free to play with premium options that don’t impact competitiveness but help offset hosting/server costs.

I’d really appreciate any feedback on the game:

Built using Cursor AI.  AI was necessary to create airline sim with this kind of depth and also to allow it to be free. The amount of human creativity and testing applied to the game was significant

Just released the demo for my airline management project

This started around two years ago as a hobby project and has grown ever since with ups and downs during development. I just released a demo version so it can finally leave my machine and I would be super happy to get some feedback.
The demo is still a bit rough around the edges, and I'm planning to continue working on it. Let me know if you like it. Downloads are available for Windows & Linux (Mac is planned) on https://schdahle.itch.io/apron

so any confirmed updates coming? also any tips?

I remember playing this game like a few years ago. The only thing that's changed now that i re logged back into my unfinished tutorial account with 1 plane is that there's now a built in livery painter. Im just kinda spamming emb 120s. I remember resetting a lot cuz i went into deep debts early on and randomly started losing stars

Any tips? Also any updates soon? (Professional)

Day 4 as of now. Dont wanna make the same mistakes again

I'm building my own airline management game - and the playtest is open

https://preview.redd.it/3u9rm9uq61jh1.png?width=1080&format=png&auto=webp&s=88c45f3205a38e99b64d7d544372498e161fec7d

Skyline Sim is focused much more heavily on actually operating the airline. You plan schedules for individual aircraft, build rotations and multi-leg services, manage bases and outstations, configure cabins, deal with maintenance and crew, compete for demand and slots, and operate in a world where AI airlines are building their own networks alongside you.

We just shipped the 0.7 update, which added/reworked quite a lot:

  • permanent bases and outstations
  • one-way and multi-leg service chains
  • a much deeper Auto Schedule system
  • used-aircraft trading and negotiations
  • competitor airlines with persistent strategies
  • network planning based on demand, competition, runway length and distance
  • English and Polish localization

The important part: the Steam playtest is open right now.

You can join the playtest from the Skyline Sim Steam page and play the current build.

We're still actively developing it, so expect things to change and expect bugs. There's an F8 feedback tool built directly into the game, and we've been using reports from players to decide what gets fixed or rebuilt next.

I'm especially interested in what people here think because you're already the exact kind of people who will happily spend far too much time thinking about aircraft, routes and airline economics.

few stats on top 500 players on leaderboard

Hello,

i put together some random statistics about the top 500 players on the leaderboard.

sorry that some of the text is still in French—I think most of the charts should still be easy to understand.

a small note about the strategy distribution chart: it isn't very reliable because it's extremely difficult to infer a player's strategy from passenger statistics alone.
i couldn't access the players' accounts fleet's seats configuration, so I wasn't able to reliably distinguish between a full economy strategy and a mixed seating strategy.
the only distinction I could make with reasonable confidence was between passenger-focused and cargo-focused strategies, based on each player's fleet composition.

If you have ideas for other charts or statistics I could add, let me know!

Just returning! New account (unfortunately) - questions

  1. Share me someones CEO code that still plays?

  2. Is there an updated excel sheet to track flights etc? I used to use one but it is deleted and probably outdated anyway.

  3. What has changed in maybe the last 4 years I need to know?

I will browse through the normal help and newbie stuff as well
