Safe 5-Day Parking Near Barari Outlet Mall?

Hi everyone,

I’ll be driving from Dubai and need a safe place to park my car for around 5 days during Eid Al Adha, preferably near Barari Outlet Mall.

Any recommendations for free parking or reasonably priced long-term parking (similar to Abu Dhabi daily parking)? Just want to avoid fines or towing.

Thanks!

Opening an affordable indian restaurant

Hello all, as the title suggests, I am planning to open an Indian multicuisine restaurant in al ain. I have consultants helping me out with the market research and legal, but would love to hear from Alain folks what would be the preffered cuisine, location, and pricing that is lacking in the city.

Please pour your valuable thoughts, it would be helpful for me.

Thank you, have a nice day.

Moving to Al Ain

Hi all,

My first time around this neck of the woods.

I was wondering if you can help me out with this. I'd like to get some feedback as I've been offered 25K AED/month, including housing, healthcare, schooling, and airfare--incl. dependents (wife and 12 yr. kid). Job is in Academia so we're getting the customary 60-day vacation period. Specifically re: schooling. Any comments worth sharing about AAESS vs AABA experiences?

Beyond the financial appeal of the whole package, I would love to hear some feedback in the light of the situation right now (mid May 2026).

Many thanks!

Are these farms/shalets real?

Heres the link to one of the few shalets im referring to

the mzra3a

Im asking because it looks so Unrealistic, alain could never have such a place in it,

But additionally the videos seem to be AI.

Heres the thing though, ive contacted the tiktok users number and they sent me the location of the place, and according to google earth, there is definitely a blue surface (pool) and a big building in the location, hinting in favor to it being real

Idk man, still discussing with the number, has ANYONE ever went to one of these places in alain? The ones ive went to here (tal al rowdha farm for example) was for a higher price, its a very nice place dont get me wrong, it doesnt compare to these farms im seeing on tiktok that are allegedly in alain)

It seems way too good to be true

Any decent butcher shop in alain?

Im trying to get good quality steaks as thick as i want them, not the sorry paper thin steaks from the supermarkets.

Im aware that they sometimes have the full piece and i could ask for it to be cut as thick as I want but the past 3 visits they didnt have a single cut i wanted.

Mohanid Escooter

A grade 8 student in Chouiefat (Mohanid) got hit by a car this morning as soon as he left the house with his escooter, didnt even get away from the house yet so please tell your kids to be careful with roads and escooters, also remind them how unpredictable drivers can be and just because you can be correct doesnt mean the driver will and they may also make mistakes so to take extra steps of precaution

Hi everyone, I work with UsergyAI, a company that runs paid voice and language data projects.

We are currently looking for bilingual speakers for a paid remote voice recording project. This is not a referral link, app install, gambling offer, crypto offer, or survey wall. It is a real voice recording task for people who can naturally switch between two languages in conversation.

1. Ways to earn

You earn by participating in a short paid voice recording task.

The project involves:

• Speaking naturally in a bilingual conversation

• Switching between your main language and English, or another listed second language

• Following a simple conversation scenario

• Submitting a short screening recording first so we can check language fit and audio quality

If selected, we will share the exact recording instructions before the paid task.

2. Time required and estimated pay

The first screening step should take around 5 minutes.

If selected for the paid recording task, you can work flexible hours per week depending on your availability.

Estimated pay: Upto 35 USD per accepted recording task depending on the language pair

3. Cashout options and minimum withdrawal

Payment method: PayPal / Wise

Minimum withdrawal: No minimum withdrawal.

4. Available countries and languages

This is open to people globally, but we are mainly looking for native or highly fluent speakers for these language pairs:

• Spanish and English

• French and English

• Portuguese and English

• German and English

• Dutch and English

• Swedish and English

• Finnish and English

• Vietnamese and English

• Malay and English

• Tamil and English

• Arabic and English

• Hebrew and English

• Catalan and English

• Spanish and Catalan

• Spanish and Basque

• French and German

• French and Arabic

Priority countries include Spain, France, Portugal, Brazil, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Vietnam, Malaysia, India, UAE, Israel, Canada, and other countries where these languages are spoken.

You can still apply if you live elsewhere but speak one of the listed language pairs naturally.

Apply here: https://tally.so/r/yPeQBB

If you have questions, feel free to comment and I will answer what I can.

Hafilat card and mean inspectors

I tapped my Hafilat card when boarding, but the inspector stated there was no record and spoke to me aggressively. He took a photo of my Emirates ID.
This inspector is so unprofessional, i want to know what actions i can do if he files a fine at me. Thank you
