Any plans to offer alternative 2FA methods instead of SMS or email? May using an authenticator, passkey, or something along those lines?

Alliant is getting worse. I had added another bank to Alliants external accounts. I made a payment to my Alliant credit card and Alliant returned it. I tried again and they returned it. Now they are charging fees for returned items that they returned.

I recently product changed from Alliant Cashback Visa Signature card to Alliant Visa Platinum in hopes that the Platinum might provide me 0% (or low % balance transfer offers) from Alliant. I haven’t seen any yet but, from what I’ve read previously, these offers are quite common amongst Alliant CU members. Any insight or suggestions on what I can do to help generate these?

Looks like Alliant has a new checking option that pays more than the "regular" High-Rate Checking account which pays 0.25%. More details here:

It seems to be rewarding those who use Alliant for their main checking account. I will probably switch to this account (as long as I can keep my old account number) since I already use Alliant as my main checking account and I already keep at least $10,000 in an Alliant saving account as an emergency fund.
