🏃‍♂️🇺🇸 5 MONTHS OUT — THE MOVEMENT IS GROWING

The Anti-Surveillance 5K is more than a fundraiser or a run around the Pentagon.

It’s a peaceful statement that Americans still care about:

• Privacy • Civil liberties • Constitutional rights • Accountability in the digital age

As surveillance technology expands — from AI monitoring systems to mass data collection and automated tracking — more people are realizing that these conversations can’t be ignored forever.

That’s why on October 10, 2026, we’re showing up peacefully, lawfully, and together.

This is about exercising the rights the Constitution guarantees us:

✔ Free speech ✔ Peaceful assembly ✔ Petitioning for redress of grievances

If you’ve been waiting for a moment to stand up and participate constructively — this is it.

🏃‍♂️ Exercise your legs. 📬 Exercise your rights.

Allow me to introduce myself

I’m Seth Thomas, president of the Liberty Run Coalition. We created the Anti-Surveillance 5K and peaceful protest to raise awareness around a growing concern shared across the political spectrum: the rapid expansion of surveillance technologies, data collection, and emerging systems that may impact privacy, autonomy, and civil liberties in everyday life.

This includes developments in neurotechnology research such as DARPA’s N3 program, which raises important questions about mental privacy and neuro-rights, as well as modern connected systems like vehicles that increasingly collect data and may one day be used in decision-making around mobility and driving. These are no longer distant issues—they are actively being discussed and developed today, and we believe the public should have transparency, oversight, and a voice in how they evolve.

On October 10th, 2026 at 9:00 AM near the Pentagon, we are hosting a peaceful protest and 5K to bring people together around the shared value of privacy and freedom. The protest is free and open to the public, while 5K registration supports the event and ongoing education, outreach, and advocacy efforts focused on strengthening privacy protections and limiting overreach.
