Do all employees get RSUs?
I recently got selected in AMAT as a new college graduate, Software engineer
From what is there in the offer letter, it was only mentioned about the salary they are offering (13.1LPA CTC(India)) but nothing about the RSU
The previous time they hired at our college they offered 13.1LPA CTC + RSUs and was mentioned in the offer letter too
So can anyone confirm if Ill be getting the RSUs or no?
