Trans Friendly Businesses Hiring?

Hello there!

I moved to Grover Beach/Arroyo Grande in April and just found a job in AG. I'm facing some workplace discrimination at my part-time job. I just started a week ago.

I'm eagerly looking for opportunities in SLO County! I have extensive knowledge in plant care and the outdoors, but also have 10 plus years of experience in Customer Service with some bartending and food service experience. Mostly looking for full time but I'll take what I can get, I'd just like to be treated like a human. Thank you in advance.

Edit: I’m looking for helpful advice, not your bigotry.

Edit edit (lol): You guys are wonderful, I really appreciate the advice, comments, and supportive messages! You can keep them coming, I’ll never turn away a queer friendly business rec.

Dermatologist needed: Pre Cancer on lip

I have a Actinic Cheilitis on my outer lip. I went to my dermatologist in SB, and I just do not care for her, she gave me 7 minutes of her time and charged me 250.00. I do not have health insurance. From my research there are several options to remove these pre cancerous marks, all pretty invasive. Id like to be closer to home here.
Would love to know if you have had this done, and what dermatologist you used within the 5 cities area.

Thank you, much appreciated to get your point of view!
