Grading Question

I still don’t really have a full grasp on when grading is worth it or not. I just pulled this and it appears that there is somewhat of a market for his cards. Would it make any sense to grade it? From my limited knowledge, the card appears to be in decent shape. I know alot of you hate this question, but I would love some input. Thank you.
