Hello!

My husband and I are about to move to Auckland from London. I’m from NZ so I’m returning to some close friends whereas he knows a couple of my friends partners but that’s it.

Any tips on where he could meet some new friends as a dad of a toddler?

He’s 36, going to be working at PWC, loves golf/tennis in particular but plays football too. He’s super social and really values his close friendships here so I think that’s my biggest worry with him moving so far away!

I was visiting a friend and her house smelt like mice . Now that we know the Hentavirus is caught from rats - her house is a time bomb - she leaves cat food out all the time which attracts the mice and have seen them running around outside her house - but knows she is against poison- not sure if I need to address this issue with her 😤
