I am trying to reach a human at Autodesk Canada who can assist me with merging two accounts together. Previousl when the company I am helping was small the owners setup two accounts at Autodesk, one for the software the engineers use, other with the software the marketing team uses.

Now that the company is MUCH bigger we need to merge both accounts together without messsing up the subscriptions. I tried to access support on the Autodesk website but its 100% AI, I tried the community but because I have never used it before its gives nothing but errors when I try to create a new post.

I though about reaching out to the sales team in Canada but I got some promotion message asking me if I wanted to buy an alert braclet. Uhm, at which point I started to wonder if Autodesk is scamming new companies who want to buy their software!?!?

Hi, I'm struggling to fix this error that says "Autocad license manager is not functioning or is improperly installed". Can anyone please help me fix this. I would really appreciate it.

Hey! I work in a civil engineering company and I’m mainly working with Civil and Revit. Currently I’m using a Dell laptop but it’s time for me to switch that laptop and my company suggested the latest MacBook Pro. The processor has enough power I’d say and I also wouldn’t mind working with Mac since it’s more intuitive to me.

Yet my older colleague told me that apple doesn’t work well with the software we’re using.
Though I reckon that’s something he figured out +20 years ago and ever since worked with dell.

Apple might‘ve improved by now - has anyone got experience with using Autodesk products on Mac/using Civil 3D & Revit for Mac?
Also is it worth asking Autodesk directly about this, or will they just bs me?
