20 inch arms naturally?

Im in my mid 30's and I have been lifting for years. I have only been lifting for a year consistently and working on my nutrition. My arms are currently 18 inches with 7.75 inches wrists and 225 lbs. My goal is 20 inch arms naturally. Is this attainable? Id like my BF% be closer to 15%. Thanks.

I posted in another group but thought this one might be more appropriate?

Can you help me? I don’t know how to go beyond this.

I have been using the app PUSH for workouts since the start of the year and overall I’ve been feeling really good and I’ve been sensing a strong muscle growth. However, the fat seems to be growing along with the muscle and I don’t know what to do officially my BMI is around 29 to 30 and I really wanna get this fat off but I don’t know how I am 182 cm tall and around 94 to 96 kg heavy and 34 years old and really want to catch the curve and become fit. My chest is very easily pumpable as well as my legs the visceral fat around my belly however I just can’t deal with. I’ve been trying to hit Zonne two cardio two or three times a week for half an hour and my meal management is just terrible and unsuccessful. I try to stay off of sweets but the moment when I have a cheat day I flare up like Harry Potter‘s aunt. I have body dysmorphia and I feel absolutely got wrenchingly terrible about my body. I feel like if I don’t get fitter in the next 23 years I will die alone please help me should I try Ozempic? How do I get into this caloric deficit and lose the fact that makes my life terrible and my mental health a mess? … . . .
