Thank you for creating the best cat tree I’ve ever bought.

I got this email this morning was excited I won something but now cant find anything?

It's quite hard to see in the photos but in a few spots (right where the auto bed leveling causes the nozzle to touch the bed) there are holes in the coating of my new Cryogrip glacier build plate. What's going on here? I recently did a manual bed level for a different issue and calibration. Quite disappointed that my build plate is already damaged since I was finding it way better than the textured pei for my use case.
