Is BNU boys hostel good? Is there any curfew time? Are there AC’s in the room? If not then garmiyon mein bachey kya kartey? Room allotment random hoti ya kya scene? And if I don’t live in the hostel, can I hangout with my friends in their hostel rooms?
I’m an undergraduate applying for Fall 2026. I wanted to go in FCCU, but unfortunately I didn’t get admission into my first-choice program (BS Computer Science). I have secured admission to UMT, but I don’t really feel connected to it—maybe it’s the environment. BNU seems much closer to the kind of campus and atmosphere I wanted, similar to FCCU.
Today is 24th July, and the BNU application deadline is 29th July, so I don’t have much time to decide. If I reject UMT and then don’t get into BNU either, it would be a complete disaster for me.
I’m looking for a university that offers a good balance of academics, freedom, campus life, social opportunities, and a solid CS program. What would you recommend? If you’ve studied at BNU or UMT (especially CS), I’d really appreciate your honest opinion.
Dm so I can add (We are 5 rn 😭)
So I applied to BNU and fast for business and I got in both but now I'm conflicted. Initially BNU was supposed to be a backup but now looking back, I'll probably have transport issues if I go to BNU but I'm also getting a really good scholarship. After talking with some people, some say go to fast, some say BNU has better abroad opportunities. Dear seniors studying in BNU please help me out if you were to choose between the two, which would you prefer?
I'm very confused because there's no advertisement like for nca, people in this reddit are also talking about already having given the tests but the site says admissions are open and the deadline for architecture bachelors is 29 July, it's also not letting me progress to online applications or signing in despite having made my account a dozen times now
So I got accepted to bnu rhsa and now the fee payment os almost 500k and should be paid by the end of this month, on the other hand I have applied to nca on self finance, also gave almost 1 million there, now I am wondering that if I got accepted at nca, will I get my bnu fee back or not
4th semester student from BBA;
For need based, you've to maintain a cgpa of 2.65, with a yearly satisfactory review where you'd have to submit the whole application again and if there was no significant changes in your income, you'd get the scholarship renewed.
For merit based, the scholarship policy is that: You'll have to be in the top 18% of your degree program (which is ofcourse tough): so the top 7 in that top 18% will get a 75% scholarship, which if there are 100 people in a degree program, only 4 people would get it.
the top 30% in the top 18 would get 50 and 60% would get 25%.
I see people from middle class families asking about if they should, seeing the fee if they weren’t able to maintain. So no, if you’re not good at studies you shouldn’t. Even the top most of the batch’s cgpas float around 3.8, because relative grading is really hard and extremely unpredictable, thresholds wise. Regardless, have faith and study hard if you wanna maintain. Goodluck to everyone!
So i am a middle class, and paying 3lac+ a semester is a big deal.. I am looking for the scholarship option, but I know that the continuation of scholarship depends on GPA. So I am really confused about whether should I go for it or not? Some unis offering similar courses in half the fee like 1.5 lac per semester. I want to go to BNU, but i am just afraid that what if at some point the scholarship goes away and I have to pay the whole fee
I heard they said k aj ai ga
if i get accepted into bnu's early bird program but am unable to fulfill the 3 passes in alevels requirement will they return my fees that i have already paid or no?
I got in bnu Econ and finance and it shows that I’m eligible for 75% scholarship too
I’m happy I got in but it was only a backup, idk I just wanted to share
Had one question tho, what’s the last date to pay the fees if I do decide to go ?
Is Data Analytics worth pursuing in the future? If so, can someone explain what the work is like and what a career in Data Analytics involves?
Hello i got offer letter for arch program at bnu but my parents want me to take test for NCA what should i do is NCA’s arch program better?
What to do now will they offer me admission in some other program??
I want to pay bnu fees with installments but in my portal there is an installment option but I'm unable to open it.Anybody has tha same problem or solution of it?
