Been playing cod since MW2 and have enjoyed each iteration (even when getting absolutely smacked). However, BO7 has completely wiped me. I’m not sure if i’m just too old now or if gaming has changed so significantly that I just don’t get it anymore but i just miss having fun.

Like i’ve never been incredible at these games, i get around 30 kills a game- fairly average. But fuck BO7 has really made me feel like quitting cod. I hop on after work and it’s just not fun. I don’t care about trying hard, I don’t care about learning new skills. Pointing and shooting seems more fun to me. Call me a casual moron but that’s just what I like.

I don’t really know what I’m ranting about but supposed i just needed to put my thought somewhere

Curious if anyone else has noticed how different energy is sponsored vs when they’re not. The words they say one thing but something always feels off. Not calling anyone out specifically just an observation that’s hard to ignore at this point.

Just got gamepass ultimate again so have bo7 and why does cod gate keep ranked with 50 wins? Like shouldnt it be enough that I was diamond in b06 ranked and never been banned? As someone who solo queues solo its incredibly painful to try and get 50 wins. Pubs isnt fun when youre playing to win

So I bought the game and have played a bit. Level 40 currently. Am I the only one that is very disappointed in this? I haven’t played since BO3 (prestige master) and the game feels unrefined and sloppy.

I have gotten stuck in numerous deathloops where I spawn next to the opps or get insta killed by one of the many overpowered scorestreaks. I recently saw a killcam of someone that killed me, I saw them spawn in 8 feet behind me. How is that even a mechanic?

Many times I have been flanked and shot in the back in all of these mazelike maps. I love to snipe. Used to be a main and had my highest K/D with them. Lots of these maps punish you hard for playing the sniper.

Aside from these very frustrating gameplay mechanics, I CAN’T EVEN PLAY RANKED.
My PC doesn’t fit their anti cheat requirements, well, it does, but their stupid engine doesn’t recgonize it because it isn’t made by a billion dollar tech company but by a smaller niche company.

Their support is sending me in loops, getting answers from someone else every time.

I’ve lost my right for a refund because you have to play under 2 hours(!). 2 hours in I played like 3 games, and my first 3 games I went insanely good, way better than later, so I suspect a somewhat skill based matchmaking or bots even.

I guess I’ll retire myself to SnD. No more crappy overpowered scorestreaks. No more spawning next to the opps and no more deathloops.

9 months ago I bought BO3 again on pc, for some nostalgia. Even though the game is riddled with hackers and finding a lobby can be tough, the gameplay was so much better. How does it regress in over a decade?

I am having the hardest time figuring this out. I am imported so many players weapons but I have no idea how to make them the weapon I play with. I get the notification at the top but then after that I don’t know where to go. Can someone please help

Just trying to get a few guns max level and i’m prestige 10 level 35 so just looking for faster methods rather than nuketown24/7

Anyone else feel as though public matches in cod nowadays are basically pointless due to how sweaty the games are? Especially in warzone resurgence.. I am of the opinion that I might as well only ever play ranked play because my public matches are just as sweaty lol

Hopped into a ranked game last night not realizing all my settings got completely reset. Put everything back to what it was and no my ads movement feels like I’m stuck in glue. Everything else is great but I can not find the issue but as soon as I ads I can’t track because the movement is in slow motion. Anyone have some tips on what I need to check. I spent probably 30min trying to find it before I got pissed and got off. I know there was some sort of update so that obviously screwed with something but I could not find it.
