Hey everyone,

Non-EU applicant here. I applied for the M.Sc. Artificial Intelligence program at BTU Cottbus for the Winter 2026/27 intake.

Uni-assist forwarded my documents to the university on June 18, and my myBTU portal status changed to "In Progress" on June 19.

It's now July 6, so it's Day 17 since the status changed, but I still haven't received any updates. I've read that people often get their results within 10 to 12 days after the status shifts to review.

Has anyone from this batch received their admission letter yet? When can I realistically expect the result to drop at this point?

Any updates on HEPT program admissions? Has anyone received an admit?

My status has shown “In process” since April 24, meaning the registrar has started processing my application. No update yet.

Is anyone else applying for MSc Cyber Security at BTU Cottbus in the same situation? Please share your timeline or current status.

I'm applying for the M.Sc. in Artificial Intelligence at BTU Cottbus. My Semester 8 results have been announced, but my university hasn't issued the official hard-copy marksheet yet.

Can I upload a screenshot of the official result PDF (or the result PDF itself) for my application and submit the official marksheet later once it's available?

Has anyone applied to BTU Cottbus or through uni-assist in a similar situation? I'd really appreciate your advice.

Has anyone received admission form BTU COTTBUS for Cyber security course ??

I got my credentials on May 29 and no update till now.

I have an admit from BTU ms ai. But I am little confuse does it worth. Should I wait for other uni reply or proceed with this one. It's already high time now. After 2 weeks, I have to must proceed with visa process.

I want to know life after BTU ms ai. What can I expect after graduation. Does uni name cause some issue.

My major concern are -

Hi everyone,

I'm a non-EU applicant from India for the M.Sc. Cyber Security (Winter 2026/27) at BTU Cottbus.

I applied through uni-assist on 9 June, and my application is currently "In Evaluation."

Later, I found that the official BTU website mentions 15 May as the deadline for applicants with a foreign degree who are non-EU/EEA citizens, while EU/EEA applicants have a later deadline.

I have two questions:

1. Can anyone confirm from their own experience whether 15 May is indeed the official deadline for non-EU applicants for the M.Sc. Cyber Security programme?

2. If the deadline was 15 May, why did uni-assist allow me to submit my application on 9 June and put it into "In Evaluation"? Has anyone experienced this before? Should I withdraw my application now to preserve my uni-assist application fee, or is there still a chance BTU will consider my application?

I'm looking for replies only from people who have applied to this programme or have been in a similar situation. This is quite urgent because I need to decide whether to withdraw my application before the status changes.

My uni-assist application status for the MSc Artificial Intelligence program at BTU Cottbus is “In evaluation.” Does this mean uni-assist is still evaluating my application, or has it already been forwarded to the university? Has anyone experienced this before? I applied on May 6th.
