Bali honeymoon
Hi everyone,
I am Planning a 7D/6N Bali honeymoon trip soon and wanted opinions before final bookings. This was created with Chatgpt but did a lot of research on my own.
Current itinerary:
Ubud — 3 Nights
Hotel: Asvara Villa Ubud (private pool villa)
Day 1
- Arrival + transfer to Ubud
- Relaxed evening
- Villa/pool time
Day 2
- Campuhan Ridge Walk (early morning)
- Monkey Forest
- Ubud Palace
- Ubud Market
- Coffee plantation
- Scenic café
- Relaxed dinner/spa
Day 3
- Tibumana Waterfall
- ATV ride
- Cretya Ubud
- Relaxed evening at villa
🌊 South Bali / Uluwatu — 3 Nights
Hotel: Hideaway Villas Bali (private pool villa)
Day 4
- Scenic transfer from Ubud
- Coastal café/lunch stop
- Check-in + relaxed sunset evening
Day 5
- Tanjung Benoa water activities
- Jet ski
- Parasailing
- Optional banana boat
- Melasti Beach
- Light beach club/cliff café
- Optional spa
Day 6
- Slow villa morning
- Uluwatu Temple
- 6 PM Kecak Dance
- Romantic Jimbaran dinner
Day 7
- Slow final morning
- Geger/Nusa Dua beach

A few things:
- We don’t know swimming, so skipped Penida/snorkeling-heavy plans
- Avoiding scooters; planning private drivers/Grab
- Tried balancing sightseeing + romance + relaxation instead of overpacking
- Chose Melasti over Bingin/Suluban after reading about access/crowds
- Wanted more atmosphere and pacing rather than just attraction hopping
Would love suggestions/opinions on:
Any major must-do we’re missing in Ubud/Uluwatu?
Best waterfall choice for this type of itinerary?
Better beach than Melasti for non-swimmers?
Best Jimbaran dinner spots?
Any obvious routing/pacing mistakes?
