I’ve been back and forth with a “support” ticket for weeks now. My x1 has been performing great for over a year, and it’s suddenly had failure after failure. No matter where I’m printing from - the app or desktop software. Custom settings or published, well-reviewed profiles, my own models or random fidgets and benchys. Bambu keeps asking me to level the bed, rum calibration, or switch the filament. None of which have helped.

It’s gotta be a problem with the firmware or the machine itself. This filament has been dried before use and this exact roll has performed very well in the past. I’m well out of warranty so no hope of a replacement, and it’s clear the real fix is not going to come from their customer service team. Anybody have this experience recently? I feel like one of the recent bajillion updates and beta versions has to be the culprit.

today i got a p2s combo and made 2 prints that went smoothly, i printed a benchy and a scraper tool with an 0.4 nozzle that was installed from factory, then i made a nozzle swap to a 0.2, i did change the nozzle type in both the printer and slicer, but it wouldnt print, so i put the 0.4 back in place, and ive been trying to unload the spool from the AMS2pro, but when i clicked on unload it did not unload it it gave me an error, and then when re clicked on the spool on the screen i could only load the filament when the filament was clearly still in the filament path, so i tried to load it, to be able to then unload it but it wont let me load it, here is a video of what happens when i click load, if anyone has the awnser on what to do pls tell me cuz ive been going crazy (yes i did read what was on the qr code's page but none of it was rly helpful

edit: i found the problem, the spool was stuck in the ams, i tried loading a spool from the exteranal holder and it worked fine

edit 2: i tried re loading the spool in the ams but it still did not work, so i tried re loading the external spool and it does not work it tell me "AMS A Slot 1 assist motor is stalled，due to excessive resistance in the tube between AMS and the printer." the same error it gives me when i try loading the pla spool.

After a lot of searching and reading, my P1s arrived today! When I set it up (using the video Bambu has on YouTube), I keep getting the same error when I try to print.

I have the AMS2, and four spools of filament are loaded in. When I loaded the filament, the feeders did the normal grab and pulled the filament taut.

What does this error mean? I’ve completely uninstalled the AMS and re-done it, but the error happens every time.

To generate an image to model has been free. Since a very recent update. It claimed that I have 2 free uses to generate an image. Generated 1 and it wasn’t good enough. Did it a second time, much better. Now my ‘2 free’ generates are gone. It looks like it’s going to charge me 24 credits just to generate? I’ve only got 30 credits left! Am I seeing this wrong? Will I be charged 24 credits just to generate an image?! And if it is 24 credit to generate an image, how much is it going to cost to export it?!
