Fish people in the wine cellar of the new location are suffering from a hangover, and you need to find three components for a medicine. Black seaweed, a frozen tear, and some kind of mushroom. Again, I have no idea where to look. According to the hint, one of them is in the possession of fishermen, but I've gone through all the characters named fisherman and haven't found any dialogue.
