Detail about Christopher Manson's other works. Useful for Blue Prince secrets?

For the uninitiated, Blue Prince is greatly inspired by and partly developed with the author of MAZE, a puzzlebook from the 80's.

I was reading a bit about Christopher Manson, and came across a list of books he has written. In this list two works released back to back immediately stood out to me becuase of their names. "The Crab Prince" from 1991 and "The Marvellous Blue Mouse" from 1992. I couldn't find any details online about them ever having been brought up in relation to Blue Prince before so I figured it might be worth mentioning here. Although feel free to tell me if you think I am crazy for trying to make a stretch like this work.

I unfortunately don't have access to either of these books, so if somebody would like to see if it is available at their local library or something like that it would be very much appreciated if you think there might be something to this.

I tried an acronym theory I had.

The SWNSNG acronym is really interesting to me because it feels to me like the most solvable of the unsolved mysteries. So I'm trying to participate in the hunt. I like the idea that SWNSNG = South West North South North Garage. I've seen multiple people post that they've tried drafting rooms in that pattern and ending in the garage. There's a couple of ideas that I haven't seen anyone try.

  1. Drafting nothing except the rooms needed.

  2. Placing the garage on the "G" of the painting puzzle.

I placed my foundation on 3,6 and ended the previous day in the break room as well as other non-essential setup. I used the sealed entrance and called the elevator with the keycard to start in the foundation. I drafted south, drafted west, drafted north, walked south, walked north, and then drafted the garage on the "G" location. Nothing special seemed to happen.

There's a few things I can think of that I could do differently:

  1. Bringing car keys (can force with moon pendant + trading post)

  2. Powering the garage (would be easier if I had the electric eel aquarium)

  3. Moving foundation to 2,6 because the way I did it kind of implies an additional W because I drafted west to get the garage. (Starting at 2,6 would mean I don't need an additional draft for garage, but it seems weird because I'd be in the garage after SWN)

  4. Moving foundation to 2,5 to end by drafting north for the garage instead of west. (If this were the solution it would feel arbitrarily different from what I did. It would also be extremely annoying to attempt because of the garage's special drawing behavior)

I'm not super optimistic about this path, mostly because the north-south-north portion seems strange. But I'll probably try the other ideas I listed. I'm open to other ideas as well.
