In an era where most Bollywood albums revolve around one hit song and a few forgettable tracks, Main Vaapas Aaunga stands out for being a complete album in the truest sense. Every song feels purposeful, every melody adds to the emotional journey, and there genuinely isn't a skip.
🎵 Kya Kamaal Hai – A warm and uplifting start that instantly pulls you into the album's world.
🎵 Ishq Mastana – A.R. Rahman at his romantic best. Dreamy, immersive and incredibly addictive.
🎵 Maskara – The sleeper hit of the album. The more you listen to it, the more it reveals itself.
🎵 Dheere Dheere – Soft, intimate and beautifully restrained. A song that lets emotions do the heavy lifting.
🎵 Tere Paas Main (Male Version) – The same emotion viewed from another perspective, making both versions feel essential rather than repetitive.
🎵 Dariya – Sung by Diljit Dosanjh, and honestly, what a choice. His voice brings a certain depth and yearning to the song that elevates it even further.
🎵 Main Vaapas Aaunga – Vedang Raina's rendition of the title track is surprisingly effective. There's a sincerity and rawness to his voice that makes the song feel personal and emotionally grounded.
What makes this album work is that it doesn't chase trends. It trusts its melodies, lyrics and emotions. A.R. Rahman and Irshad Kamil have delivered an album that feels cohesive, mature and rewarding from start to finish.
Not every song may become a chartbuster, but together they create something far more valuable a soundtrack that stays with you.
For me, Dariya, Maskara and Main Vaapas Aaunga have been on loop.
