This is my first time ordering and I’ve never heard of packages being delivered via DoorDash. Is this how Built normally ships?

I've seen a few posts about some new batches of bars tasting like vomit. Well, it happened to me. Both of these were bought at Costco.
The one on the left has a best by 12/22/26 date and tastes normal. The box on the right has a best by 11/20/26 date even though I purchased this box a few weeks later.
The coconut bars in this batch are completely inedible. I haven't tried the chocolate yet, but I'm scared.
This is so disappointing as I've been a loyal Built customer for years.

So I placed an order for the new watermelon sour bars April 14th, I get the shipment notification but the tracking always stayed in pre-shipment status saying USPS was awaiting the item. After 2 weeks I emailed them asking if there was an update, no response. Emailed again 2 days later, no response. So I called and asked and the customer service guy said that it must have gotten lost and he'd reship it. Got a new shipment email and now I'm in the exact same boat once again, just says pre-shipment for multiple days now.
