Do this certificate gives any benefit? Like is it worth it?

Has anyone completed this? If so will you recommend taking this?

My Idea is to learn catia and do some exercises for portfolio and experience and then apply for a job. So will this be a plus point?

Have you ever encountered a situation where you needed to export data from a CAD system (such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Siemens NX) to create an interactive 3D web visualization? I have written a detailed guide on how to do this

Is CATIA dying a slow death?

The uptake of CATIA V6/3DX seems very low, and there are lots of complaints about it. V5 is nearing 30 years since its original release….

What does everyone else think?
Does Dassault need to launch a V7 version to fix this all?

Migrating a big CATIA part library into SolidWorks, is it worth it?

We're consolidating SolidWorks and have a library of a few thousand legacy CATIA parts and assemblies. STEP import works but gives you dumb solids. And 3D Interconnect is slow on the bigger assemblies. It still leaves us without feature trees.

So for anyone who's migrated to a library this size, where did you draw the line? I mean between translated dumb geometry and a full parametric rebuild. Rebuilding everything sounds ideal, but it also sounds like months of work.
