So if your local CafeRio was closing and you could take one thing with you, what would you take? Within reason too… don’t say the big stone wheel they make tortillas on.

I’m an employee and cafe Rio and I get a free meal during every shift. Ive grown fairly bored of getting the exact same things over and over, so I want to try some new dishes just to spice things up.
