Gravity is broken. We're making a comic about it. Upside Down #3 is now live on Kickstarter! 🌀

The Flip turned Earth's gravity upside down!

If you like your sci-fi somewhere between Saga and Miyazaki, with a little Die Hard thrown in, come check out our weird little world.

https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1902910114/upside-down-3-a-gravpunk-comic-book?ref=7gqb35

The ceiling is the floor. The sky is trying to kill you. Nobody knows what happened. And people have to figure out how to keep living in this ridiculous new world.

We're making this strange, scrappy comic about sky pirates and flipped physics, but underneath all the weirdness, it's really about people trying to be brave when given a raw deal. It's a story about getting knocked sideways by a changing world, and finding a way to keep moving anyway. Think you can relate?

Come get Flipped. 🌀

Just a heads up that Comic Pro Line is having a sale on supplies. Shop Canadian and save on shipping. I personally think they have the best bags right now.

Reactor Girl #2 - Mini-Comic, March, 1991. 300 copy print run

I guess before it became a regular size comic there were at least 2 issues of a Mini-Comic by Micheal Vrana and Robert Lum. (NOTE: PAGES 14 AND 15 of the "Lyle" story are posted in the comments below. Sorry I missed uploading it above.)

Contributors to this issue include: Kit, Steven Lungley, Sin Stephens, Jeff Evans, Ralph Grant, Nick Craine, Robb Lawson and Micheal Vrana.

An Introduction To Canadian Comic Books (1986)

Fun little relic in the archives. It was put together by an Ottawa area comic club and I really laud the effort, especially for the time. However... they got a lot wrong. However, it serves as a great benchmark for how far we've come in the study of Canadian comics and recognizing them as their own distinct thing.

WORRYWART - Chapters of my upcoming OGN about my life struggle with anxiety

Hi all, my name is Jenn and I'm a Canadian cartoonist.

I have a graphic novel I've been working on for the past while, and I decided to start a patreon to be able to serialize the book in small chapters and send them out to patrons. It's a way to keep myself on schedule and hopefully, people will be interested in reading along.

My book is slated for release in 2028. I've had anxiety issues my whole life, but was only diagnosed when I was 21 after suffering a nervous breakdown. Then I was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder, OCD and panic disorder. This book will follow my life from the age of 20 until my current age. I've spent a lot of my adult years maintaining my mental health so the book is largely about the ups and downs of having these disorders which for me, are a permanent part of my life.

If you're familiar with my work, I did a zine about anxiety back in 2018 so this is a follow-up to that but much more expansive, but the final OGN will include those original strips.

You can either sign up to get the chapters via snail mail or a digital PDF.
