Why am I still testing positive for THC?

I quit using 115 days ago, before then I smoked mellow fellow vapes for around 3 months.
I have been getting extremely faint lines after drinking literally 5 liters of water on testing days. If I don’t drink an obscene amount of water I can’t get that line.
I’m miserable, I get screened 2x a week. I’m passing consistently and I’m thankful but I’m water logging myself into oblivion.
I always see 90 days is when you’re in the clear, I’m well past that. I haven’t touched the stuff in so long. I just want to get to where I can go and do my screen and not make myself sick trying to stay out of jail.
Any advice? Any help? I want to work out but that makes THC levels spike and where I get tested 2x a week I don’t want to mess up.
I’ll even take estimated hope at this point, when do you think I’ll clear this given everything stated above?
