Only attempted once and Capcut says "Maximum attempts reached. Please try again later"
How do you fix this issue? I only attempted once and it says "Maximum attempt reached" etc already. I'm sure the credentials I used are correct. My company switched to Capcut, and there's atleast 7-8 of us using it. Does that contribute to this issue? Thanks in advance.
