Hd60 X Not Working

I got this capture card around Christmas and tried to use it with my ps5 and the light would come on but my monitor didn’t pick up any signals so it sat in my drawer until yesterday. I just got a nintendo switch 1 and have the wires arranged as shown on screen. My capture card light won’t even turn on now and I am using the usb c 3.0 that came with it along with one of the hdmi cables that came with it and have switched them around over and over along with 4 other hdmi cords I have and nothing works. I have tried other usb c cables too. I would appreciate if someone could tell me if it’s just went bad from sitting or if I should try different usb c 3.0 cords (:

A simple solution for playing Switch 2 on my PC

I used a Elgato HD60 Pro on my old pc, but I built a new PC and my new motherboard doesn't support it. I'm trying to scout around for other alternative solutions that might be easier than a capture card that has an input/output port like my current one. I found this one that seems a lot simpler than the one I'm using, but I'm a little skeptical about how well it works.

Does anyone have any good recommendations for something simple with no input delay? It'd be perfect if I can play it straight off my desktop without having to switch display inputs, but I'll take what I can get. And it'd be even better if it works via a usb slot.

Awful crackling when I use my 4K Capture Utility

I am using an Elgato HD60 X, and whenever I use the 4K Capture Utility, there is an awful crackling/popping noise with my audio. I have updated the software and my drivers, but nothing I do seems to do anything. I'm at my wits end and fear I might just have to buy a new capture card.

Has anyone encountered this issue, and if so, do you have any advice on a fix?
