This is the same guy that absolutely exploited us fans with false advertising.
Promoting once in a lifetime shows featuring Moby and/or other amazing artists? Best they can do is a 6 identical shows at a convention center with sheets and cheap projectors for visuals.
Obviously, I’ve had these emotions pent up for a while lol but this email made me spit out my coffee and laugh.

Futur Festival in Monterrey, Mexico was announced way before Cercle Festival in Los Cabos and it is the exact SAME weekend as Cercle Festival would've been.
I don't know if it was an artist issue, contract issue, or actually a funding issue but I bet Futur Festival in Monterrey had to be a factor some way.
Also, if it actually is a funding issue, I 100% believe they can still do Cercle Festival in Los Cabos, the amount of support they have been getting is insane. I am sure at least a couple investors reached out in interest for funding.
There's something else behind the cancelled festival in my opinion. What do you guys think?
