Hello, I just want to share something. I bought clothes from a store called Underrated Brand and when they arrived, the quality was so bad. I hope you can share this so others can know what they are doing. I am a student and I just asked my mother for the money I spent on them.

So i'm trying to start a new online clothing store.

The last time I posted some of the feedback was about the designs, and so I've made adjustments, and I'm trying to get additional feedback on what the perspective is.

I know that some of it is a little bit on the nose and is intentional. But any feedback is persuaded, trying to figure out what resonates with people. So that we can help build. Not only good brands designs and quality, but just something appealing. And maybe a little bit new and different. All feedback is appreciative negative or positive. Additionally, if you guys can provide some ideas and suggestions of what you guys think is appealing. Based on maybe brands that you like, what you actually like, about them? Certain aspects and attributes that are appealing to crowds. My goal here is that i'm trying to build a stylish humor based clothing line.

I purchased the bridal romper in my custom size thinking it would be a better fit. (Their sizes don’t match up to most women measurements. )
What I thought I would be getting and what I got was totally different, left me disappointed, in tears and out of pocket $320, as it cannot be altered.
The seamstress said it was made very poorly, and has to be unpicked and remade to get it like the original picture at a cost of $400. There are no hems inside to take it in or to alter the length, darts are wrong/crooked, buttons and eyelets are backwards, the ties are too long as are the sleeves.
Missacc are only coming to the party with a refund of $75 stating this is them going above and beyond.
Missacc don’t do returns or refunds, once they have your money it’s a don’t care policy. Don’t buy from this company.
