I’m having an April wedding in a garden, and our color palette has a lot of lilacs/lavenders/chartreuse/olive green. We’re looking for some whimsy, but I know there’s a fine line between whimsical and cheap. I’d love some honest thoughts
Ignore the actual design of the dresses - that will come later. I’m solely focused on the colors right now.
I made one for my best friend a few years ago and then another good friend of mine saw the picture and she told me that she loved purple and green and those are her colors so then I made her one as well. My eldest son saw the one I was making for her and told me how much he loves it and could I make him one as well. The first one had a different pattern. The second two I just did the same thing but with different borders.

Design challenged girly here! Recently purchased a 12x16 she shed and I want it to be cozy without being super dark. Green & Purple are my favorite colors and I'm trying to figure out how to incorporate them together in terms of painting the walls. I thought about doing a half wall? Maybe an accent wall? I just didn't want the space to be dark from top to bottom. I plan on having brown wood floors & cream furniture. Gold accent pieces throughout.
Alternatively, should I just hire a virtual interior designer? I have a hard time putting together color clothing, let alone picturing wall colors.

used a neon green and then a black jelly base green glitter cats eye polish on top of that. drew the spiderwebs with black gel polish, cured a layer of topcoat over everything buffed in a clear purple chrome powder and then cured a final of top coat over everything. if anyone is curious about the products i used feel free to leave a comment :^)
After a year of slate and atomic purple buttons, I modded to atomic purple and lime green buttons. I know, not everyone’s cup of tea but I’m happy :)
Kept the power and volume buttons black just in case I want to go to all black buttons at a later date (you have to remove the mid frame to get to these ones).
Gives me Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles vibes.

Found some cases with removable cover for the kobo libra color on aliexpress. Sadly the green one is not available anymore. The green one has place for the pen. Both covers are removable. You can put a magnetic popsocket on the back. Green case is from Twosheep official store, Purple case is from OBUKA store on aliexpress. I had some issues with the magnet on the back, so I had to turn off sleep wake function on my kobo. But I don't mind that. I'am happy to see sometimes new cases for the kobo libra color, cause it's quite difficult to find something cute for it. Most nice cases are made for kindle 🥲
I made two of the same Mandela’s (from AimeeLynneDesigns on Etsy) with exactly the same type of yarn (Durable colour cake) with only 0,5 mm hook size difference! (Purple is 3 mm, Green is 3,5 mm)
