Hi everyone! Me and my partner are expecting our first baby soon, and this will be the first time we’ll be living together as a family. We’re planning to stay long-term in Metro Manila since work and career opportunities are here — but we’re stuck deciding between buying a condo or just to rent.

If buying makes sense - any recommendations for family-friendly
condo or apartment locations around
Metro Manila that are practical, safe, and reasonably priced?

Hi. I’m planning to lease out my condo unit to a prospective tenant who has dogs. Does the odor of the dogs linger in a unit after the tenant moves out? What was your remedy?

I’m already on the right age to buy a property on my own ditch the life that i’m used to kung saan living with parents’ house. I’m actively seeing multiple condos around Metro Manila specially Mandaluyong, and Pasig. I work with in the bubble of BGC.

Currently I’m interested with these units

1. Fame Residences Mandaluyong- Tower 4 (RFO)
2. Sync Residences Pasig- Tower 3 (Turn over 2029) Tower 4 (Pre-Selling)
3. Lykke Kondo Pasig- Pre-Selling (Loft type)

I’m not in a hurry naman to buy—since RFO na yung isa and okay naman yung offer sa unit but SMDC siya. Yung Sync by Robinsons bigger cut 1br nila nasa 42-50+sqm but slightly expensive. Then yung Lykke PH1 by Megawide loft type—okay siya, kaso wala pang gawa so baka ma delay.

Any suggestions for other developer? Violent reactions? I really want this first purchase to be memorable for me. If for the budget i don’t have the problem naman, basta hindi lalagpas sa 15M.

We are about to move in to a bare unit condo and I'm looking for ways to hang/organize things on the wall without drilling or damaging the paint. maliit lang kase yung unit and gusto ko sana ma maximize yung space without looking so crowded.

I initially thought of those round jelly type suction cup, but it seems like it will only work on tiles, not on walls.

For those who have experience renting, what would you recommend?

Open to other suggestions but what we're looking for is a 1BR 50+sqm, pet friendly, salcedo/legazpi area and our budget is around 45-55k

normal lang ba to sa mga condos? 😭 i rented a unit dito sa isang condo sa QC for review purposes (malapit siya sa review center ko) I've been staying for 2 weeks now and hindi ko na mapigilan mabother kasi bakit naman super rinig na rinig ang katabing mga units huhu

I know isang wall lang ang pagitan and the probability na marinig ang mga noises is high talaga. Pero teh naman kasi, every weekend sa katabi kong unit may nangyayaring milagro 😭 Hindi lang once. Sa buong araw ng saturday and sunday, halos nakakailang rounds sila from afternoon to midnight. Kahit early morning ng sunday, may nangyayari din.

Nagtry na ko magpamusic na lang para hindi marinig kaso yung ingay ng kama nila pati sigaw ng babae, rinig na rinig samin huhu lumipat nga ako dito para makafocus din sana sa pag-aral kaso ganto pala jusq

Di ko naman mababawalan sila sa ganun kasi normal naman at baka kelangan talaga nila yun after a whole week of work hahsjjsk pero guys, ano pwede ko gawin? 😭 ako na lang ba mag-adjust?? hmay way ba para mabawasan yung sounds na marinig dito sa unit na nirent ko? genuine question huhu
