Monarchism at threat in Hungary due to recent governmental actions!

Once again Monarchism is at threat in Hungary due to the actions of the new government and their actions. Recently it has become more and more obvious that the statements made by the newly formed government talking about supporting the cause or at least being tolerant of differing views have time and time again been proven to be nothing more than lies, once again this is the case.

Over the last few months, the MTE has been observing the situation carefully and has analysed the actions of the new government related to monarchist ideals and the situation is concerning to say the best. The new government has already vowed to remove the "vármegye" a historical term for county in Hungary from the times of Saint Stephen, which were brought back in 2020 for the 100 year anniversary for Trianon to commemorate the history of Hungary as an inherltyly traditionalist and monarchist nation. As such, the new government has become the second government in Hungarian history to do so, the last one being the communist regime in our nation. They have not only done this action which is strikingly similar to the actions of the authoritarian stalinist regime, as they have also set their sights to oust a legally sitting president of our nation thus once again being the second government to attempt such. This action was so severe that the European bodies responsible for constitutional integrity such as the Venice commission, have had to be involved and have started an urgent investigation into the matter. Furthermore, it severely impacts monarchism as the sitting president is highly sympathetic to the monarchist cause, which the president of the MTE can himself certify as he has met with President Sulyok before.

Lastly and most severely, they are now attacking and targeting Gerog and Eduard Hapsburg for their former and current diplomatic positions such as Gerog's head ambassador position at the Hungarian consulate in Spain. You may thing that this is because either of them has committed some crime but it isn't. They are being targeted only because of having personal discussions in private with individuals on the opposing side of the political spectrum of Hungary which they are in their right to do so in their personal life. Not only that, but the vast majority of the supporters of the new government have been trying everything in their power to discredit and attack monarchism in Hungary, showing that those supporting the Tisza regime are not compatible with a monarchist, traditionalist and sovereign Hungary which a monarchical restoration would result in.

It is clear that the current government has never been in favour of monarchism, in fact it has always aspired to eradicate it as they see the Hapsburgs and monarchism as a threat to their power. It is time for monarchists to unify behind only their own banner and the Hapsburgs instead of any other force and aspire to support them in regaining their rightful throne!
