I use it mainly during jiu jitsu sparring. First few weeks, it was working without issues but recently, it's super inconsistent that i ditched using it last night.

I already tried the key method, cleaning the metal contacts with alcohol, etc

Not sure what else i need to do. I spend almost 10 minutes just trying to set it up before my workout session.

And yes, i always make sure the strap is wet/moist.

I've just purchased a Coospo arm HR band and connected it to my Forerunner 965. A few questions after my first runs...

1. is the HR I'm seeing on my watch during the run coming from my watch or being taken from the Coospo?

2. there's nothing to actually confirm within the Garmin activity on Connect that it's showing me my Coospo HR stats and not my Forerunner HR stats (i.e. nothing under 'devices'). How do I know it's even working?

3. on Strava, is that showing me my Coospo HR stats or Forerunner HR stats?

4. none of my 3 runs or 1 cycle so far have actually appeared on my CoospoRide app, why??

Rode for the first time with the Coospo TR70 mated with a CS500 computer. About 2 hours of semi urban/country roads (mostly 2 lane roads). Radar mounted behind seat onto a garmin type mount attached to seat rails. Radar performance is quite good - no false negatives and it even picked up couple of motorcycles that came up behind me. Accurately identified multiple cars behind me at same time. Had 1 false positive - car that was approaching me and was picked up by the radar as it went past me. Overall, very robust detection for my riding scenario. Detection range was consistently around 400-450 ft.

Wish I could lower the alert volume. Solo riding I can deal with the loud beep. But for group rides, it could be irritating to others in the group..

I bought this specifically to work with the Garmin Varia RTL515 radar. I figure it was a cheaper option than getting a Garmin computer. But it has been very erratic, and I've only been able to get it working on a couple of occasions. My expectation was that once paired the two would connect automatically when I turned them on, but this is not the case. The Varia will turn off repeatedly, and I'm guessing this is because it's not connecting. Once I got it to reconnect, but don't know exactly what I did.

Eventually I got the Varia app for my phone, and this works much better. Right now I leave my phone in my pocket and I get beeps when a car approaches. The beeps can be much louder that what I got from the Coospo.

A second issue was that I was hoping to upload routes from RideWithGPS. I haven't looked at this much, but it seems like it is a multi-step opperation.
