My payout is pending for almost a month now

I've been waiting over 40 days for my cashback, and I still haven't received anything. I even joined their WhatsApp group to ask about it, but there has been no response. What's more concerning is that I've seen several people there saying they've been waiting 2–3 months and still haven't been paid.

Their business model also doesn't make much sense to me. They claim that brands pay them to provide cashback for customer acquisition. But if that's the case, why wouldn't brands simply offer the cashback directly instead of involving a third party?

Another thing to be cautious about is the amount of personal information you upload. Your invoice contains your full name, address, and phone number. I recently uploaded an invoice for a US Polo T-shirt purchased from Myntra, and soon after, I received what looked like an obvious phishing message with a suspicious link. I can't say for certain that the two are connected, but the timing was concerning.

Just be careful before uploading sensitive documents.

Been more then a week since my account has been put under periodic review
Uploaded recording multiple times from app and website still no response
Wrote an email also still there is no reply , how am i supposed to use the app if the account gets on hold
everything that is available on wellbeing website and app i have shown in the recording , i don’t know what more of order and payment status can i get
