Stress issues during body recomp

I've heard that many people who lift weights take vitamin D3, fish oil, magnesium, and creatine every day. A lot of fitness influencers recommend these supplements as well. Is that actually true? Would you recommend that I take them too?

My second question is about body recomposition. I started my body recomp journey about two months ago and have lost around 3 kg so far. Recently, I've been feeling a bit stressed for no obvious reason. Is this something that can happen during body recomposition, or could it be related to my diet or training? Is there anything you would recommend I take or do to help with it?

Is this a good brand?? Or any other brand recommendations

I was thinking to start taking creatine monohydrate. Just wanna know if NOW is a good brand as the price is really good as compared to others
