No update till now

I ordered Nike Sneakers from Culture Circle but the size is not fitting. So I ordered a new pair with a different size thinking I will return the first pair Only that I didnt know there is no direct option to return. I tried to contact them on WhatsApp and they said exchange will happen but it will take time. Came to reddit only to see it will take almost a month and the customer care asked me to cancel the new order also. I have to fly out in the next 7 days and I cant get to make them deliver my order on priority. All l want is either my new order gets delivered on priority and first order gets cancelled and refunded immediately. This is extremely time sensitive and I really hope their customer service can be more responsive.

I received a fake product yesterday. Immediately raised a request even got the unboxing video. Now they are not replying or getting their crap picked up.
EVEN A KID COULD RULE OUT THAT THE ITEM IS FAKE. EVEN A KID.
TO HELL WITH YOUR CHECKCHECK AUTHENTICATOR.
YOU GUYS DON’T EVEN CHECK BEFORE SHIPPING OUT THE PRODUCT WHAT DID YOU CHECK IN ALL THOSE DAYS YOU TOOK TO “AUTHENTICATE” and “VERIFY” MY TEE.
I AM GOING TO FILE A CASE IF MY ORDER IS NOT PICKED UP TODAY ITSELF.

Placed an order for a Seiko Mod on 25 May 2026.

At the time of ordering:
• Sourcing date on the website was shown as 09 Jun
• Guaranteed delivery date was shown as 27 June

Immediately after placing the order, both dates were pushed back significantly, with the guaranteed shipping date eventually moving to around 20 July. (That’s 2 months from the date of order)

I reached out to your representative on whatsapp who assured me that the watch would be shipped by 20 June, so I decided to wait instead of cancelling.

Product was enroute authentication center by 10th June
And reached Authentication Center by 19th June

The timeline displayed that authentication would be completed within 3 days and the product would be shipped shortly afterwards.

However, as of 24 June:
• Authentication has still not been completed
• Every day, the “authentication initiation” date simply shifts to the current day
• There has been no shipment update

I contacted support again and received a call from your team. The representative acknowledged that there is a delay but also admitted that they currently do not know whether the product has even been received for authentication. They said they need to check with their operations team and get back to me within a day.

My concern is not just the delay itself, but the lack of visibility and conflicting information:
I am currently waiting for the response from your support team member who has ensure that they will share an update by 25th Jun

If any satisfactory response is not received I will evaluate my options under consumer protection laws, as the order was accepted with a guaranteed delivery date and subsequent timeline changes were made after payment. If the order is not fulfilled or resolved promptly, I may consider pursuing a formal consumer complaint for deficiency in service and misleading representations regarding delivery timelines.

After months of delays, countless emails, WhatsApp messages, Reddit follow-ups, and escalations, I finally received both of my Culture Circle Mystery Boxes.
Credit where it’s due:
● The Nike shoes were authenticated and are solid.
● The Seiko-style watch is easily the best item in the haul and I genuinely like it.
However, there are still some concerns:
● Two of the T-shirts were duplicated across both Mystery Box orders, which was disappointing considering these were separate boxes.
● The Drew House T-shirt failed authentication on Poizon, which raises concerns regarding its authenticity.
Overall, the products were better than I feared after such a long wait, but the experience itself was exhausting.
And yeah, before anyone asks, I know buying two mystery boxes was probably a stupid decision 😂. I mainly did it for fun and to see what would show up.
Given the delays, duplicate apparel, and authenticity concerns regarding the Drew House T-shirt, I would kindly request Culture Circle to look into this matter and consider appropriate compensation or a resolution.
Has anyone else received duplicate items across multiple Mystery Boxes or had issues authenticating apparel received from Culture Circle?

After waiting 2 months for my Mystery Box I finally received it but the order is not as promised

The promised assured item from Fear of God, Kenzo, or All Saints is missing from the box instead I got a fake assc tshirt
I request the Culture Circle team to:
• Provide the missing assured item from Fear of God, Kenzo, or All Saints.
After a 2-month wait, receiving an incomplete order along with a defective item is extremely disappointing. I hope the team resolves these issues at the earliest.
