

Zing Pakistan Bad Experience
I ordered a perfume, Sultan (an impression of Creed Aventus), from Zing Pakistan.
Unfortunately, I received a damaged product and have been trying to get a replacement for the past month. During this time, I repeatedly contacted their customer support. Each time, I was assured that the issue would be resolved, but no replacement or meaningful update was provided.
Initially, I chose not to share my experience publicly because I did not want to harm the company's reputation. However, after giving them multiple opportunities to resolve the matter and still seeing no action, I feel it is fair to share my experience.
This post reflects my personal experience only. Based on what I have gone through, I would advise others to be cautious before purchasing from Zing Pakistan until they improve their customer service and after-sales support.
I sincerely hope they resolve my issue and improve their service for future customers.
