The drowning man: a predator mimicking a drowning man to lure humans who try to help it

The intruder: durable alien fish that causes havoc

The Quallupilluit: humanoid creature with thick, slimy skin that kidnaps lonesome children when they get too close to the water (why does it feel so much like the Ferryman)
