Tour cast announcement?

As someone who was never able to see the show before its closing on Broadway (I live too far from NYC), I can’t help but be so eager to know who the tour MadHel will be already…luckily the tour is coming to a city near me so I will probably be able to see it then

Anyone have any ideas for who could lead the tour? I don’t imagine they’ll cast any “names” but I keep checking to see if there’s any news…supposedly I saw a rumor somewhere that they’re going to announce the full tour casting August 3 but I’m not sure where that info is coming from. I just want to know who the Madeline and Helen are so I can support them 🥺 I’m sure the actresses that will play them (as well as the rest of the cast!) will be absolutely wonderful. I would love to see a new full-time principal Helen that isn’t Jennifer Simard (I very selfishly want Natalie Charlé Ellis for principal Helen on tour because I love her portrayal but…she just had her baby so I think that’s very unlikely…)

there were no speeches at the final show. WHY?

there was a speech during Megan's exit, but not the whole company, the whole production, everybody. curtain closed. nothing, according to the people that were there tonight.

i genuinely want this answered. along with why close the show this early?

DBH musical timeline (hear me out)

Ok this has been discussed before, but this week is the last week, and I may or may not be suffering from withdrawals. After watching DBH for the 7th time two weeks ago, here's my theory about the timeline and some of the events (I'm basing it on the Chicago premiere in 2023):

- First part of the musical is meant to be 10 years ago, Madeline and Ernest wedding is probably sometime 2013. They are both in their early 40s (edit: originally had late 30s but someone pointed out Earnest reference to her age later). Madeline is an established Hollywood actress doing a Broadway show, (don't know if she was a two time nominee yet) and Hellen is a starving writer who already had a few heartbreaks and career sit backs

- shorty after her wedding and Space Jam 3 (which was already in production 😆), Madeline career seems to have started showing signs of winding down. She did Dogstronaut movie late 2013 or early 2014.

- Helen went to the 'health spa' in 2013, but escaped I mean released in 2017 after deciding Madeline needs to be eliminated.

- Hellen comeback around 2023/2024. At this point mad hasn't worked in 10 years which makes me think Dogstronaut was such a flop, it ended her career. Remember, Chance is a gen Z, I'm assuming this is his first job out of college or he's a starving acror making ends meets

- final part is 2073 or so (the cemetery). Enjoy the grounds.. Semester 😆

Thoughts? 😂

Why did they rename Lisle von Rhuman to Viola Van Horn?

Saw the show yesterday and loved it! does anyone know why they made this seemingly arbitrary name change from the movie?
