Finally built my compact ITX setup — Ryzen 7 9700X + RTX 5070

Went for a small-form-factor build with a focus on keeping it compact without compromising too much on performance.
Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9700X
Motherboard: Gigabyte B850I AORUS PRO
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 64GB (32GB × 2) DDR5 5200MHz
SSD: Samsung 990 EVO Plus 2TB NVMe
GPU: PNY RTX 5070 12GB EPIC-X ARGB
Case: Fractal Design Terra Mini-ITX
CPU Cooler: DeepCool AN600
PSU: Cooler Master V SFX Gold 850W — ATX 3.1

The main goal was to build something compact, clean and powerful enough for both gaming and everyday productivity, while keeping the overall footprint as small as possible.

Deepcool ch160 plus build

Hey guys. Just wanna ask for your opinions. I just recently re-cased my pc into ch160 plus. Everything is fine and it looks good. So i have this infinity case fans (INPLAY), and these two deepcool fans (included in my aio). The question is, should i use my inplay case fans in my aio or should i switch back to the original fan that is included in the aio? As per my research and testing, the deepcool fans significantly improved temps on my cpu. But the inplay fans looks good as hell. Wdyt? Also, should i use 140mm fan in front? thanks a lot.

#1 - inolay fans
#2 - deepcool fans

CH160 plus build from ARG

Here is my new AM4 (ram crisis) lunchbox.

I destroyed 3 or 4 screws that were too tight, don't know if it is an issue with this little beasts.

5600x + Deepcool LM240 water

RX 9070 Pulse

ASUS TUF B550M

Corsair rm750x shift PSU

32 GB DDR4 XPG

Bequiet! 120mm fan

Brand new CH260 with panels screws SO tightened they don't come loose

Just received my CH260, beautiful case on the outside. But...it's panel screws are SO tightly screwed in that it is unable to loosen ANY of them without damaging the screw's crosshead.
Tried with four screw drivers sets. This is bordering ridiculous. Was lock-tight used on final assembly?

What is this assembly quality? Seriously!

Anyway besides returning the case outright, any other idea's?

Assassin IV experience

I got it for $100 CAD (regular price $140) mainly for the aesthetics.

Contrary to reviews, I found the installation on AM5 extremely difficult. I checked multiple times that I installed the brackets and standoffs correctly, but it was just that the spring-loaded screws were incredibly stiff and refused to reach the bracket. Maybe it was just mine.

Also, it would have been better if they didn't make the included screwdriver magnetic, as it kept sticking to the sides of the heatsink during install.

Wasted the whole tube of thermal paste, but it's much easier to install after the first time. I guess the springs loosened or something. I've never had issues with any other air cooler like this.

I'm kind of annoyed that a 'premium' cooler has visible blemishes on the plastic casing. Probably just the way the plastic was molded, but it's very visible under lighting. Tried polishing with plastic restorer, but didn't help unfortunately.

Also, I had to disable the LED light, just as with all Deepcool PC cases, it's cyan color and can't be changed.

If I didn't like the look of it so much, I probably wouldn't keep it honestly. Performance isn't any better than my cheaper air cooler. It is pretty quiet though.

any estimate when deepcool assassin 5 finally hitting the market?

i’m about to replace my aio because i can’t stand the random bubble noise and having to wiggle my pc to fix it. thinking of switching to an air cooler, i’m eyeing the deepcool assassin 5. i just saw the showcase at ces 2026. it’s ridiculously smaller than the noctua nh-d15, yet performs on par or even better thanks to its vapor chamber and 320w tdp rating.

any idea when it’ll be readily available?
