Offset Mounting + Noctua Contact Frame

*NOCTUA OFFSET MOUNTING + CONTACT FRAME*

Hello!

I'm planning to buy these two purchases in hopes to cool my 9950X.

I somewhat understand that these CPUs want to cook themselves by staying a toasty 85°

But for anyone that has tried to purchase an offset mounting bracket for their AM5 CPU and especially the Offset Mounting Bracket, I was wondering if it works for my Deepcool VC Assassin Elite. (I want to be respectful and hope I'm not breaking any rules by asking this.)

That's all I really wanted to say and I want to thank and appreciate anyone who can answer my question.

More Information :

For context, my motherboard is a Gigabyte X870M Aorus Elite and my GPU is a 5080 from Colorful and a single slot RTX 5000 stuffed in an MFF Deepcool CH170 Plus (which pretty much turns my PC into a bakery oven)

I removed the parts, and checked one by one to see what's heating up, Open air with the case stripped down, its still the CPU heating up till 95° while the GPUs are at a relaxed 60 - 65°

Undervolting + Power Profiles via Ryzen Master helps it calm down, but I want a more reliable way to cool it better.

Going full air on noctua because constant humming sound from aio pump

Well the title says it. Lf3 420 from arctic has a loud pump. So I redo my build with nh d15g2 in a Deepcool Morpheus case.
2 x 200 front intake
2 x 200 top one intake one exhaust
3 x 140 g2 on side for intake
1 x 140 g2 on rear exhaust
2 x nf a15 pwm bottom for gpu.
Temps are great , 73 Celsius full load for cpu 50% fans - 9950x3d cpu
62 gpu full load with 50% fan curve - rtx 5080
Most important I don’t hear anything, is so silent.
Love it 🦉

[Open Source] Deepcool Digital Display Support for Linux — Native Flutter Desktop App + Background Daemon

Hi everyone!

I wanted to share an open-source project I’ve been working on:

https://github.com/RahnRazamai/deepcool\_digital\_dart

This project provides native Linux support for Deepcool digital displays through a Flutter desktop application and a lightweight Dart background daemon.

The project was inspired by and builds upon the amazing work from Nortank12:

https://github.com/Nortank12/deepcool-digital-linux

My goal was to create a more user-friendly desktop experience while keeping everything fully open source and Linux-native.

Current features include:

• Native Flutter desktop GUI
• Background daemon that runs silently without cluttering the taskbar or desktop
• Real-time CPU temperature and utilization monitoring
• Direct communication with supported Deepcool digital devices
• Packaging support for Arch Linux, AppImage, and Debian-based distributions
• Written entirely in Dart and Flutter for easier maintenance and cross-platform development

The demo video attached shows the application running on CachyOS (Arch Linux), but it should work on other distributions as well.

Contributions, testing, bug reports, and feature suggestions are all welcome. If you own supported Deepcool hardware and run Linux, I’d love to hear your feedback!

Thanks, and huge credit again to Nortank12 for the original project that made this ecosystem possible.

DeepCool software workaround for Mystique 360 AIO ARGB cooler.

For anyone having problems with the software refusing to start without displaying the hub, I have found a workaround that starts the software minimised to the systray. I'm using a small free program called AdvancedRun. I used ChatGPT to create a simple guide to using this method, link below.

I tried no fewer than four different versions and each one had the same issue; DeepCool support suggested using version 1.2.10 as the issue was fixed in that version.... it wasn't.

They suggested reinstalling Windows 11. Not a chance!

I'm very OCD and have Asperger Syndrome and the software problem was costing me sleep, hence looking for a solution which works. This does.

Download 'AdvancedRun' and follow the instructions here:

https://chatgpt.com/c/6a3bd334-9128-83eb-8afa-b7e4ac3fd204

It works perfectly; I installed this yesterday and have rebooted about six times without any problems; the program starts perfectly minimised to the system tray and the display on the AIO reports correctly.

Hoping people find this useful!
