Did anyone receive offer letter after interview on July 2 for msc global public health deggendorf Institute of technology
Did anyone receive offer letter after interview on July 2 for msc global public health deggendorf Institute of technology
Hi everyone,
I was recently accepted to the Master's in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology (Automation Technology specialization) at Deggendorf Institute of Technology (DIT) for the Winter Semester 2026/27.
I'd love to hear from current students or graduates about their experience. In particular:
Overall, would you recommend DIT for an international student planning to work in Germany after graduation?
Thanks in advance for any advice!
Hi, Those who gave the admission test on June 24 for MSc digital health, does any of you got an update from the university either acceptance or rejection?
Any recommendations in searching tips for housing there? Other than the exchange platform sent by them. Also do I have a chance to get accepted? As apparently they need a whole overview about me. I got accepted for Digital Health and I would like to finalize that as soon as I can. Thanks buddies
Hi everyone,
Has anyone received an admission offer or any update for the MSc Computer Science program at Deggendorf Institute of Technology?
I've heard that applicants for several other master's programs have already started receiving admission offers, but I haven't seen any updates for MSc Computer Science yet. Gave my test may 27th.
Just completed with interview of Global public health from deggendorf Institute of technology..GOT an exam invitation for digital health..Mine is science background..which course is better among these..want to consider digital health...anyone ..pls give suggestions
I had my interview yesterday and it was really short like less than 10 minutes.
I was wondering how was your experience guys. Also, has anyone received rejection/ acceptance?
I got accepted admission for Health Informatics in Pfarrkirchen campus after 2 weeks. I hope I can find some colleagues who are going to study same major or campus!
So we can discuss about further study, accommodation information!
I'm from a medical (BDS) background and have offers for both MSc Digital Health and MSc Global Public Health at Deggendorf Institute of Technology. I'm really confused about which one to choose. Is Digital Health a good program in terms of job opportunities in Germany? Since I don't have an IT background, will it be difficult to integrate into the course, or is it manageable for someone from medicine? I also have B2 German. Would really appreciate any insights from current students or graduates. Thanks!
What of the questions they are asking in the interview? Mine is scheduled tomorrow.
I’ve applied health information for DIT Pffarkirchen campus but I saw bad reviews of living there for having low jobs, difficult transportation, small accommodations, and hard to find international environment.
And I also saw that campus is really small and lack some facilities compared to main campus at deggendorf. So, I am actually ambivalent to study there.
Should I choose another campus?
I applied for this course on the 18th of June but still haven't got any response from them.
I applied for two more courses and I got an assessment test invite for one of the courses.
I came to know from someone that the assessment test may or may not be the requirement for any particular course.
So if anyone has any information related to this then please share it below.
And if anyone got an admission in this course please share the timeline.
Thank you!!
Has anyone who took the assessment test for the master's in digital health on 24th June received any invite or any update for the interview process or the next steps?
I applied for health informatics major in DIT for October intake. I did entrance test on June 22 and all my documents were shown OK in June 24 but I still haven’t received my admission yet.
Should I still wait or do I need to email them about my current application status?
Any suggestions please? Because application period is almost over so I’m worried to get admission late.
Hi everyone,
I have a virtual interview for the Master Global Public Health program at Deggendorf on 30 June.
Could anyone share what type of questions are usually asked and how to prepare?
Thanks in advance
Has anyone given or attempted the test yet for m.sc life science informatics!? Please respond
I got admitted to DIT Msc Electrical Engineering and Information Technology.
Need guidance for accommodation search. If any one has an idea, Please let me know
Like the title says, I recently applied to DIT but my degree got document rejection because it's not listen on anabin even though it's a nationally recognized public College. Has this happened to anyone before? How did you resolve?
I have emailed the admission office but no response yet.
Let us completely unpack Question 3 so that this never trips you up again. This is the single most common trick format on German university entrance exams for bioinformatics, because it tests your attention to directionality.
Here is the question from the practice set:
If a double-stranded DNA sequence is written as 5'-GGAA-3', what is the correct sequence of its complementary antiparallel partner DNA strand written in the standard 5' to 3' direction?
DNA strands are like a two-lane road where cars drive in opposite directions. They are antiparallel.
Let us line them up and apply standard base-pairing (G pairs with C, A pairs with T):
Top Strand (Given): 5' ── G ── G ── A ── A ── 3'
│ │ │ │
Bottom Strand (Match): 3' ── C ── C ── T ── T ── 5'
If you look at the bottom strand from left to right, it reads: 3'-CCTT-5'.
In biology and informatics databases, sequences are always written starting from the 5' end on the left. If a question does not specify an orientation, you must assume the answers are written in the standard 5'-to-3' direction.
Look at our matching bottom strand again: 3'-CCTT-5'.
To write it starting with the 5' end on the left, we simply read it backward from right to left:
Read from right to left: 5' ── T ── T ── C ── C ── 3'
Therefore, 3'-CCTT-5' is exactly the same molecule as 5'-AAGG-3' when flipped around to look standard.
Instead of drawing it out every time on your scratch paper, you can find the answer in two steps:
This instantly gives you Option A) 5'-AAGG-3'.
Does seeing the physical alignment of the two strands clear up how the directionality flips? Let me know if you would like to run one more rapid sequence matching question to test this shortcut!
