Who Wins? Mal from Descendants 3, or Queen of Hearts before the time travel from Descendants Rise of Red!
If these two went up against each other, who'd win? Part of me argues for Queen of Hearts as her magic of what was shown before Red time traveled seem quite powerful and could overwhelm large crowds. Another part of me thinks that Mal could beat her, as her dark magic is quite powerful, and also I think she'd win in her dragon form.
