[Hiring] AI Developers Wanted (Remote, Flexible Hours)

We’re looking for a couple of AI developers to join us.

Nothing too corporat, just a small team building useful AI-powered products and keeping things simple. Not a lot of process, not a lot of meetings.

If you’ve got around a year (or more) of experience working with AI/ML systems and you’re comfortable building real features, integrating models, improving performance, and shipping things people actually use, you’ll fit in well.

Tech-wise, we’re flexible:

* LLM apps, AI agents, automation, or ML systems

* Python, APIs, vector databases, model integrations

* OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models, RAG pipelines, fine-tuning, workflows — all part of the mix

What it’s like:

* Fully remote, work from wherever

* Flexible schedule

* $25–$50/hour depending on experience

* Part-time or full-time both work

We care about clean implementation, fast iteration, reliability, and building AI products that genuinely feel useful.

If this sounds like your kind of setup, send a quick note about:

* Where you’re based 📍

Check my CV for a remote job

I’ve been working at Accenture in a WFO role for quite a long time now, and honestly, it has become very difficult to manage my personal growth alongside the job. I recently started my graduation this year, and I genuinely want to focus on completing my degree, learning new skills, and building a better future for myself.

Right now, my current job takes almost 15 hours of my day around 10 hours of work and nearly 5 hours of travelling daily. By the time I get home, I barely have enough time left to sleep properly and eat, let alone study or improve myself. The role is customer service for a US based telecom process, and the work environment has become mentally exhausting. The company and client are not very employe centric, and employes are often treated as replaceable.

At this stage, I’m actively looking for a remote job that would allow me to maintain a healthier balance between work and studies. I’m completely fine earning around $500–$600 per month, which is close to what I currently make. My main priority right now is having enough time to study for at least 3–4 hours daily and focus on learning skills that can help me grow in the long run.

I’m open to customer support roles, but I’m also willing to switch fields if given the opportunity. I’m interested in learning automation, tech-related skills, or any role where training is provided and growth is possible. I’m ready to work hard i just want a better environment where I can continue learning and improving myself.
